Greetings Fellow Earth Inhabitants:
I have tried to compile as much credible circumstantial evidence along with ‘experts’ who are doing independent research as to the effects of the mysterious climate altering activities going on above us as well as some independent personal testing with friends of our local waters to better understand the chemtrail phenomenon.

There has been serious studies done by U.S. government academicians in the early 1990’s recommending low altitude sky spraying to reflect sunlight back into space to mitigate global warming using metallic backed metals like aluminum and barium. There have been bills put in Congress to allow ‘Climate Mitigation’ and their has been bills put forward by Congressman Dennis Kucinich back in 2001 to halt the practice of ‘Weather Modification’ from the secret worlds of our governments Black Ops: here
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as–
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
(C) The term `exotic weapons systems’ includes weapons designed to damage
space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or
climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage
or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
So that to deny that our skies are being manipulated or that playing God with our atmosphere is some new effort by our government is unwarranted and untrue. (Fyi, this bill was not allowed to be tabled on the Senate floor)

The easy dismissal is that these are ‘contrails’ and ‘normal’ condensation from jet exhaust vaporizing at cold sky temperatures. Yet all one has to do is simply observe one plane, or one day, where there are short trails leaving no lasting clouds and other planes or days, where the trails linger and spread and the sky becomes a soft haze over the course of several hours. Most hard evidence points to the fact that our belief systems simplycannot ‘go there’ and believe what we are visualizing because our minds cannot accept this probable reality. (see 9.11).
My own personal testing of ponds on lands we own shows extremely high levels of barium and aluminum shortly after heavy spraying has been done overhead, which is consistent with the properties said to be in the chemtrail spraying being done by military and commercial aircraft. My friends have presented hard evidence to the local and CA state air quality boards of the hugely elevated levels of toxic metals from our waters yet they have done nothing about it.
Why anyone would be spraying chemicals on near daily basis, in plain sight, over so many countries, for over a decade now is just mind boggling. Reports with photographs from Australia, England, Denmark, Germany, et. al have skywatch chapters that report chemtrail spraying here. It seems that ‘sky painting’ goes on in a regular basis in most NATO countries, but not China and Russia.

Of course there are few on record in private or government who will even admit this is going on and if our government did admit it, then they would tell us it is for our own good and that the appropriate scientists and regulatory agencies have promised its safety and that we should not be concerned.. Yet the evidence is now being learned that there are new illness’ being directly associated with the sky spraying called Morgellons disease. (see below).
In the Cancum Climate Summit last November they openly discussed man made weather modification, so it appears they are trying to privatize the covert operations so corporations can take full advantage. We we are being told that due to (pick one) Climate Change, Global Warming, Weather Wierding, etc. we must allow the same people who brought us the nuclear bombs, exploding oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico and depleted uranium to design mass systems of man made weather manipulation and trust they will get it right or we shall all surely parish if nothing is done.
Geoengineering is the new term that you will be hearing a lot about in the near and distant future in that the power that be are trying to take their covert activities over the past two decades and bring them into the public/private business sector as a way to publicly profit and manipulate the weather against the proclaimed Global Warming, Climate Change warnings we have been threatened with over the past few years if we don’t change our ways and let the government impose sanctions and fees on us all.

Since well before the Vietnam Wars our government has been manipulating the weather here through programs like Operation Popeye. If you just think about how advanced computer speed has gotten each year and apply that to secret development of our weather you can begin to understand the possibilities that not only the weather can be controlled but so can earthquakes and floods be artificially created.

Save the Planet From Global Cooling or Is It Heating???
If it is true that spraying metallic barium and aluminum in our skies has been going on since 1996 on an almost daily basis, then we have reflected a serious amount of heat back into space and created what may very well be an overcorrected cooling effect as seen by the intense weather and cold throughout the world this year.
NASA and the ESA agree, and so does the Russian space agency, Roscosmos—the sun is headed for a Grand Solar Minimum and a Grand Cooling will commence.
The aptly named Grand Cooling is exactly what it implies: the sun is going to cool. That cooling will also cool off the Earth. It will last from 30 to 50 years.
What exactly does global cooling mean? Well for one, Al Gore was sure wrong! The Earth isn’t going to warm, it’s going to get colder. Much colder. So cold a little or full-blown Ice Age will ensue. As a matter of fact, some scientists claim we’re already in the early stages of an Ice Age.
Maybe the Nobel Committee and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences should ask Mr. Gore to return his awards.

Full Spectrum Dominance of World Through Weather Control
As Muscovites suffer record high temperatures this summer, a Russian political scientist has claimed the United States may be using climate-change weapons to alter the temperatures and crop yields of Russia and other Central Asian countries.
In a recent article, Andrei Areshev, deputy director of the Strategic Culture Foundation, wrote, “At the moment, climate weapons may be reaching their target capacity and may be used to provoke droughts, erase crops, and induce various anomalous phenomena in certain countries.”
The article has been carried by publications throughout Russia, including “International Affairs,” a journal published by the Foreign Ministry and by the state-owned news agency RIA Novosti.

Keep Us Dumbed Down in Lower Frequency Vibrations So We Will Not Resist or Challenge Status Quo
When higher consciousness is reached, we vibrate on higher frequencies. In the reptilian brain, we operate in the 4-9 Hz vibrational level. When using our mammalian and limpic brains we are using higher vibrational frequencies to think. Mind control studies have shown that by manipulating the brain and bodies frequencies we can alter thought process’. Two examples are subliminal marketing and hypnotic suggestiveness to alter brain wave vibrational frequency lengths and pulses.
The specific source, intent and effect of these radiations remains unspecified at this time. As a topic of additional research, it is well documented within the HAARP literature that ELF production that results from the pulsing of the ionosphere with high frequency radiation is an application of importance. ELF propagation has the property of traversing extensive distances over the globe due to the extremely long wavelengths involved. Earth penetration and subsurface communication applications are also major uses of ELF propagation. The role of a modified atmosphere (refer to previous discussions on the plasma frequency) resulting from the introduction of massive amounts of electrically conductive particulate matter must be considered in conjunction with these disturbing findings.

What Effects?
Global Dimming
By laying a layer of artificial haze over large swaths of sky, chemtrails have caused a phenomenon known as ‘global dimming’. This effect actually lets less sunlight through and has an adverse effect on everything from plant and tree growth to the power of solar panels to collect natural energy. (I have seen my panels decrease from 5-15% in watts generated during heavy spray days.)
Bottom Line
We do not know how chemtrail spraying is affecting forests, wildlife and our bodies and our minds. Are the bees dying off because the metallic frequencies they use to guide themselves getting altered? Are lakes, rivers, etc. that are now accumulating large amounts of metal in them causing the mass dye off we are seeing with fish in large groups?
And what are the long term effects to our bodies and our planets? Is Morgellons disease a new serious illness of our time due to spraying? Will Monsanto have the only cure for food contamination due to spraying and thus be able to control all through our food supply’s?
We don’t know and we won’t until we can get more from the inside to speak out and demand answers from our government, as well as hold those criminals who are illegally doing this to be prosecuted. But first it takes education by the masses so we can garnish support to demand rights to know and stop this madness.

How they are doing this is pretty simply tested by your own powers of observation. Look UP! Study the sky in the morning on a blue bird day and follow a few large jets flying overhead. In time you will see one with a small entrails of exhaust which dissipate after just a few seconds while exiting behind the plane. Others, sometimes all afternoon, you will see trails that leave residue that will expand, lower and grow over the next minutes and hours.
Keep watching and see that they are in perfectly straight lines but become jagged (not pillowy) cloud formations and usually link with other trails forming a dense haze over the afternoon, sometimes morning, sometimes evening skies. Some chemtrail planes are white, no logo military aircraft and lay four big trails behind them, sometimes you can see them circle and turn back and spray again. Yet beware, once you see the trails linger, you can never look at the sky again with the same innocence that all is well above us.

Particularly, you will see chemtrails sprayed directly ahead of weather systems, especially on the West Coast. By doing this the chemtrails spread longer and farther with the winds that precipitate the storms. Spraying occurs on commercial flights, but there is major spraying done by the military in big White 4 blast trail engine C-5’s and are also contracted out to Evergreen Air out of Oregon, who do a lot of the work for them and advertises its ‘Climate Modification’ abilities.
Interestingly, during the spraying of the Gulf of Mexico during the great BP spill last year, there were very few sightings of chemtrail spraying, as it is thought that the planes had been commandeered to spray the toxic dispersant Corexit over the Gulf and were unavailable for several months to due regular chemtrail spraying. Predictably, when spray operations ended in the Gulf, chemtrail spraying once again resumed on its regular patterns.
. Several bills have recently been introduced into Congress to either make ‘sky painting’ legal. S. 517: Weather Modification Research and Development Policy Authorization Act of 2005 in it stated: “(1) interdisciplinary research and coordination of research and activities to improve understanding of processes relating to weather modification, including cloud modeling, cloud seeding, improving forecast and decision-making technologies, related severe weather research, and potential adverse affects of weather modification” here
To believe this is possible and is likely happening is to understand how severe the assault on our world is today by people in power. Why are they doing this? Why would they do this if it affects them and their children as well? Where is the money coming from and why is there few who become whistle blowers and expose this nefarious action against its own people, without approval or knowledge or known or unknown effects of these actions.
It is important to understand that business will continue to invest lobbying and energy to ‘grow’ Geoengineering, especially if it becomes overt and ‘legal’ and they can tax all of us to pay for it. Only by public pressure and demands can we get them to A) admit it is going on and B) stop the madness before it is too late for all.
What is so absolutely amazing is that the spraying is going on, day after day, for years and years, in plain view of all. Yet, few of us are even aware what is being done to our skies. Try at a gathering to bring the conversation about the possibility of chemtrails to others and you are simply dismissed or laughed at, yet the truth is is that it is simply beyond many peoples belief systems to accept that the skys are being painted.
Once you’re aware it becomes very disturbing to see our skies so toxified and polluted and that this is really happening to us all we must channel the anger and frustration of not being able to do much about it into helping others become aware as well.
What we can do about it is become educated, test ponds and lakes around where you live. Testing for barium and aluminum levels of high toxicity is cheap and easy to do. Talk to others and challenge anyone in power to answer questions about our governments role in spraying our skies, so regularly and for so long and demand answers. All our collective futures might just depend on all our independent actions to halt this madness.

Stratospheric sulfate aerosols (geoengineering)
The ability of stratospheric sulfate aerosols to create a global dimming effect has made them a possible candidate for use in geoengineering projects[2] to limit the effect and impact of climate change due to rising levels of greenhouse gases.[3] Delivery of precursor sulfide gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) by artillery, aircraft[1] and balloons has been proposed.[4] Tom Wigley calculated the impact of injecting sulfate particles, or aerosols, every one to four years into the stratosphere in amounts equal to those lofted by the volcanic eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991,[5] but did not address the many technical and political challenges involved in potential geoengineering efforts.[6] If found to be economically, environmentally and technologically viable, such injections could provide a “grace period” of up to 20 years before major cutbacks in greenhouse gas emissions would be required, he concludes.
Direct delivery of precursors is proposed by Paul Crutzen.[1] This would typically be achieved using sulfide gases such as dimethyl sulfide, sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbonyl sulfide, or hydrogen sulfide (H2S).[4] These compounds would be delivered using artillery, aircraft (such as the high-flying F15C)[1] or balloons, and result in the formation of compounds with the sulfate anion SO42-.[4] According to estimates by the Council on Foreign Relations, “one kilogram of well placed sulfur in the stratosphere would roughly offset the warming effect of several hundred thousand kilograms of carbon dioxide.”[7]

“Mitigation is not happening and is not going to happen,” physicist Lowell Wood declared at the NASA conference. Wood, the star of the gathering, spent four decades at the University of California’s Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where he served as one of the Pentagon’s chief weapon designers and threat analysts. (He reportedly enjoys the “Dr. Evil” nickname bestowed by his critics.)
The time has come, he said, for “an intelligent elimination of undesired heat from the biosphere by technical ways and means,” which, he asserted, could be achieved for a tiny fraction of the cost of “the bureaucratic suppression of CO2.” His engineering approach, he boasted, would provide “instant climatic gratification.” Wood advanced several ideas to “fix” the earth’s climate, including building up Arctic sea ice to make it function like a planetary air conditioner to “suck heat in from the midlatitude heat bath.” A “surprisingly practical” way of achieving this, he said, would be to use large artillery pieces to shoot as much as a million tons of highly reflective sulfate aerosols or specially engineered nanoparticles into the Arctic stratosphere to deflect the sun’s rays.
Delivering up to a million tons of material via artillery would require a constant -bombardment—basically declaring war on the stratosphere. Alternatively, a fleet of B-747 “crop dusters” could deliver the particles by flying continuously around the Arctic Circle. Or a 25-kilometer-long sky hose could be tethered to a military superblimp high above the planet’s surface to pump reflective particles into the atmosphere.
Far-fetched as Wood’s ideas may sound, his weren’t the only Rube Goldberg proposals aired at the meeting. Even as they joked about a NASA staffer’s apology for her inability to control the temperature in the meeting room, others detailed their own schemes for manipulating earth’s climate. Astronomer J. Roger Angel suggested placing a huge fleet of mirrors in orbit to divert incoming solar radiation, at a cost of “only” several trillion dollars. Atmospheric scientist John Latham and engineer Stephen Salter hawked their idea of making marine clouds thicker and more reflective by whipping ocean water into a froth with giant pumps and eggbeaters. Most frightening was the science-fiction writer and astrophysicist Gregory Benford’s announcement that he wanted to “cut through red tape and demonstrate what could be done” by finding private sponsors for his plan to inject diatomaceous earth—the chalklike substance used in filtration systems and cat litter—into the Arctic stratosphere. He, like his fellow geoengineers, was largely silent on the possible unintended consequences of his plan.

Ocean Geonengineering
This is going on in large swaths of our oceans around the world today using ships to lay down the ionized chemicals.
Some of these projects include, iron fertilization of our oceans to create artificial algae blooms, shielding of sunlight from reaching the earth through the use of particulates (like sulfur being released into the atmosphere), putting giant sun reflectors into orbit, pumping liquid CO2 into the deep sea oceans, genetically engineering crops, weather modification, greening deserts, use of chemicals in the atmosphere to save ozone (to allegedly counteract the nitric oxide, released as part of jet fuel emissions, that reduces beneficial atmospheric ozone), and a myriad of other proposals. Many of these schemes are going online or are proposed because our military, private corporations,
universities, and other government agencies are obtaining more public financing and investment money to continue or initiate these experiments.
A company call Planktos, located in California, has been experimenting with pilot projects in the last few years by adding iron particulates to our oceans to create algae blooms (ocean geoengineering). And yet, Planktos, without any government oversight or public debate is about to take one of the most beautiful, scenic, and diverse marine life regions, the Galapagos Island area, and transform it by placing iron particulates in the ocean to create artificial algae blooms, that will threaten ocean ecosystems. This project is schedule to start this summer unless stopped. These algae blooms will be so large that they may be seen from space…an enormous environmental experiment with unknown consequences.

According to Friends of the Earth, “…The Galapagos National Park in Ecuador is expressing great concern about the dump, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency was demanding answers about the potential harm this dump may cause the Galapagos – which prompted Planktos to change the flag under which it sails and abandon plans to use a U.S.-based ship…Planktos CEO Russ George has promised investors that his iron dumping scheme is a sure way to get rich. He’s attempting to sell carbon offsets to global warming polluters…” And they are heavily lobbying Congress to approve of using our oceans for private profit to allow polluters to pollute more.The problem with Planktos, is that they are now using questionable scientific market-based, large scale schemes to acidify our oceans and using our ocean resources to make money. They act
like they own our oceans and that they can experiment at will without considering the environmental, marine life, birds, animals, food chains, or human health consequences. Is it time to put a stop to the using of our oceans, our food commons, for questionable untested experimentation for private profit and greed? And it won’t help global warming because those that buy the credits will continue to pollute at accelerating rates.

The Smithsonian, Harvard, General Motors, Cambridge, MIT, Yale, World Resources Institute, National Center for Atmospheric Research, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Oxford, Brookings Institution, Columbia University, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Carnegie-Mellon University, Princeton University, Brown University, Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, and many more. This colossal study recalls the scope, expense and secrecy of the Manhattan Project, yet the goals and eventual impacts of it are far greater.

However, current commercial aircraft fleets seldom operate above 40,000 feet (12 km), and the lifetimes of particles at the operating altitudes will be much shorter than 10 years.”

What ~ Is Being Sprayed On Us?
Barium, Aluminum and Polymer (a plastic spiderweb-like substance is being sprayed. The Polymer combines out the back of the jet with the metals to form a spider like web that suspends in the sky. Barium has a metallic backing to its surface and supposedly used to reflect UV back into space as to keep the earth cooler. There is even a website with great info called ‘Barium Blues’ here
I’ve personally been researching and testing water supplies with others around the Mt. Shasta area for over 5 years now and every water source we tested, after significant jet spraying overhead, has contained hugely elevated amounts of barium and aluminum. The toxic effects of barium are confirmed by a 1992 Department of Health and Human Services publication. It states that barium can cause breathing difficulties, increased blood pressure, changes in heart rhythm, stomach irritation, muscles weakness, swelling of the brain, as well as damage to the liver, kidney, heart and spleen. Barium was reportedly used by the U.S. as a weapon in the Gulf War to make the enemy weak and ill.
Aluminum is toxic to the nervous system and deleterious to the brain. Its effects on human health were recently illustrated when Canadians in Espanola, Ontario, reported mass illness after low-flying U.S. jets staffed their town with condensation trails containing aluminum coated fibers (chaff). Investigators found area rainwater contained seven times the allowable limit for aluminum exposure, as people complained of neck pain, breathing problems, headaches, burning eyes and dry coughs. here
