Martin Luther King’s family and his attorney, William F. Pepper, won a civil trial that found US government agencies guilty in the wrongful death of Martin Luther King. The 1999 trial, King Family versus Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators, is the only trial ever conducted on the assassination of Dr. King. The King family’s attempts for a criminal trial were denied, as suspect James Ray’s recant of what he claimed was a false confession was denied.

The overwhelming evidence of government complicity introduced and agreed as comprehensively valid by the jury includes the 111th Military Intelligence Group were sent to Dr. King’s location and that the usual police protection was pulled away just before the assassination. Military Intelligence set-up alleged photographers on a roof of a fire station with a clear view to Dr. King’s balcony. 20th Special Forces Group had an 8-man sniper team at the assassination location on that day.

The King family’s attempts for a criminal trial were denied, as suspect James Ray’s recant of a guilty plea were denied. Mr. Ray said that his government-appointed attorney told him to sign a guilty plea to prevent the death penalty for his part in delivering the murder weapon for Dr. King’s assassination, and to prevent arrests of his father and brother as probable co-conspirators. Mr. Ray produced a letter from his attorney stating the promise that Mr. Ray would receive a trial. When Mr. Ray discovered that he was solely blamed for Dr. King’s assassination and would never receive a trial, the King family’s and Mr. Ray’s subsequent requests for a trial were denied.

The US government also denied the King family’s requests for independent investigation of the assassination. Therefore, and importantly, the US government has never presented any evidence subject to challenge that substantiates their claim that Mr. Ray assassinated Dr. King.

King’s family and Mr. Pepper allege that Dr. King’s speech calling upon America to end the Vietnam War, Beyond Vietnam: A time to break silence, and his plan for a 500,000 camp-in for Washington, D.C. in the summer of 1968 were a threat to dominant and fascist political factions within US government. The evidence for Robert Kennedy’s assassination is also conclusive of government complicity with likely motive to suppress war dissent.

Along with arranging for the assassination, CIA and military disclosure confirm that corporate media collude with political “leadership” to disinform the American public on strategic military, policy, and economic issues. This answers the question why corporate media have not covered the civil trial and verdict for MLK’s assassination.

This conclusion is consistent with US history, past and recent, for US “leaders” to lie and kill for wars of choice. These lies are then “covered” by corporate media in news and history texts.

The two previous essays titled, “The Untold History of U.S. Modern Education; The Founding Fathers” and “Common Core; The Business Side of the Global Education Agenda covered how the United States education system was designed and funded by the wealthy elite Robber Barron’s of the early 20th century and continue to have ever greater influence in the way our children are being educated.

The implementation of the new global education agenda uses the Common Core curriculum in public schools to get students away from traditional classroom education instruction and instead learning will come primarily from computers for their educational needs throughout our public schools. Common Core is based around “the greatest change in education in decades”, according to President Obama.

When asked, in an extremely unscientific poll I have been conducting over the years,  “Why do you continue to pay income taxes when you know these payments are being used to engage in illegal wars on country’s that have never attacked us and to pay the banksters servicing costs on our massive debt that they created with the consent and full ownership of our amoral government ‘leaders’?

This poll found that:
12% said they ‘had no idea’ or ‘did not know’
87.8% said that they had voluntarily paid into the system because ‘they did not want to go to jail’.

I then asked a follow up to those who did not want to go to jail if they knew anyone personally who had gone to jail for not  paying their taxes and their answer was a 100% ‘No!’  I followed this up with a simple question to all of:  Do you know why, how or when the U.S federal income tax system was installed.  That got another 100% response of ‘No’ from all those polled.

Tax Freedom Day is the day that we stop working, beginning from January 1 each year, just to pay our federal income taxes.This year, due to the many increased tax rates on most, Tax Freedom Day is moved back 5 days to April 18th.

So to recap; Every April 15th we voluntarily assess our own wages and earnings into a system we have no idea how, when or why it was created. We work on average for  3 1/2 months just pay into our taxes and this money is used principally to fund war operations against others and pay just the service charges on our  $16 Trillion dollar debt. All because we are ignorant or afraid to go to jail if we don’t pay which directly involves our complicit act of self policing ourselves while perpetuating and annually compounding the problems we most want to solve in this country of too much debt and war, which if eliminated by our refusal to voluntarily pay taxes would end both major problems we face.

Did you know?

This past November Californians’ voted to increase our sales tax otherwise we were threatened that our public school systems would suffer ‘drastic cuts’, even though none of the tax increases would necessarily go to the schools but into the states General Fund.

In addition to cuts being proposed to our social security system, that we paid into and the allegedly the government has grossly mismanaged, here are more taxes being proposed and already being enacted.

  • ObamaCare’s $1 trillion in total tax increase will hit everything from health insurers, drug companies, and tanning salons to Health Saving Accounts and – eventually – high-cost employer-based health insurance.
  • In 2013 Americans are paying 2% more in payroll tax due to the ending of a temporary exemption
  • Beginning in June, 2013, California drivers will be paying 3.5 cents more in gasoline tax (because we are driving less!  remember the clunker rebates to switch to more fuel efficient cars?)
  • Rural CA residents have been assessed a Calfire tax in 2013 even though we pay property taxes for local fire services.
  • California legislatures are planning on pushing through a gun ownership liability tax
  • Maryland just announced a ‘rain tax’ on residents being called a ‘Storm Management Fee’ directed by the EPA
  • Austin, Texas and many other cities are enacting required “Energy Audits” on homes before they can sell their homes, effectively a tax on the sale of your home, which has its roots in the UN Agenda 21.
  • The United Nations has plans for a global carbon tax on individuals and financial transaction taxes as part of their Agenda 21.

U.S. Income Tax Has It’s Roots in Marxism:

In 1848, Karl Marx declared in his Communist Manifesto that a progressive tax on personal income was one of the 10 essential measures to ensure a communist revolution in an advanced country in order to bring about his fabled “classless society.” Socialist and communist ideas gained momentum in many parts of Europe, and it wasn’t long before they reached America. Various attempts to impose a progressive federal income tax — making the rich pay a higher percentage than the poor — soon appeared in this country. The Revenue Act of 1861 was a federal income tax used to raise revenue to fund the Civil War. It was a flat tax of three percent on annual income above $800. The following year, this was replaced with a graduated (progressive) tax from three to five percent on income above $600 in the Revenue Act of 1862, which ended in 1866.

Interestingly, the progressive income tax was originally backed strongly by the rich themselves. Senator Nelson Aldrich of Rhode Island, for example, a man widely known to be John D. Rockefeller’s “inside man” in the Senate, was a principal proponent of a federal progressive income tax made legal by an amendment to the constitution. This is not surprising, for although the “progressives” who championed the income tax claimed that it would be a tax on the rich and that it would help the little guy, in reality it was largely a tax on the middle class. This is mainly because the wealthy, through the use of trusts and tax-exempt foundations, are able to escape much of their tax burden yet still have great influence and power over business, banking, and government. There was a significant difference between the propaganda and the reality; the populism championed by the progressives and populists was not the “share the wealth” program they portrayed it to be, but a control-the-wealth program. Under the guise of helping the little guy, the elites worked hard to implement an income tax. In keeping with the ideology of its primary backers, the new income tax was to be a “progressive” tax — one in which the tax rate increases as the taxable base income increases.

While certainly not oppressive when compared to today’s income-tax schedule, the new federal income tax represented a radical departure from the type of government Americans had lived under prior to the income tax. It gave the federal government access to potentially huge amounts of revenue that the government could then tap to finance various programs, very much including unconstitutional programs. Of course, even with increased funds available via the income tax, spending money on unconstitutional programs is still unconstitutional, but with the federal government now possessing the means to siphon vast streams of money out of the pockets of the American people into the coffers in Washington, the temptation to tap this resource to empower Washington was clearly too great to resist. The transfer of revenue and power to Washington not only strengthened Washington but also weakened the states, which themselves are republics (not provinces) in our federal system of government and possess powers not transferred to the national government by the U.S. Constitution.

The very fact that the income tax now imposed on the American people is a progressive tax means the tax serves the purpose not only of providing the U.S. government with a powerful means of obtaining revenue, but also enables the government to redistribute the wealth. And with the creation of a de facto central bank (the Federal Reserve, no more ‘Federal’ then Federal Express), also in 1913, the federal government has been essentially freed from budgetary restraints, since it can now simply print money to cover operating expenses if revenue is insufficient.

By 1920, only 12 percent of the adult population paid an income tax. By 1940, that percentage had doubled. In 1942, the “temporary measure” of automatic withholding was instituted but never ended. Withholding gives the federal government the first crack at everyone’s income. The government now takes what it wants and needs for its many projects, most of them unconstitutional, and leaves the income earner the rest. By 1960, more than two-thirds of American adults were paying the income tax, with most of it withheld from every paycheck. By the 1980s, estimates were that 75 to 80 percent of the nation’s adults were paying the tax and that taxes on incomes amounted to 25 percent of all earnings, with taxes from all sources — federal, state, and local — moving above the one-third mark.  (Source)

When the shocking news emerged that morning, exactly sixty-eight years ago, it took the form of a routine press release, a little more than 1,000 words long. President Harry S. Truman was in the middle of the Atlantic, returning from the Potsdam conference with Winston Churchill and Joseph Stalin. Shortly before 11 o’clock, an information officer from the Pentagon arrived at the White House carrying bundles of press releases. A few minutes later, assistant press secretary Eben Ayers started reading the announcement to about a dozen members of the Washington press corps.

In this way, on this day, President Truman informed the press, and the world, that America’s war against fascism—with victory over Germany already in hand—had culminated in exploding a revolutionary new weapon over a Japanese target.  It was vital that this event be viewed as consistent with American decency and concern for human life.

And so, from its very first words, the official narrative was built on a lie, or at best a half-truth. Hiroshima did contain an important military base, used as a staging area for Southeast Asia, where perhaps 25,000 troops might be quartered. But the bomb had been aimed not at the “Army base” but at the very center of a city of 350,000, with the vast majority women and children and elderly males.The two most important reasons Hiroshima had been chosen as our number-one target were: it had been relatively untouched by conventional bombs, meaning its large population was still in place and the bomb’s effects could be fully judged; and the hills which surround the city on three sides would have a “focusing effect” (as the target committee put it), increasing the bomb’s destructive force. Indeed, a US survey of the damage, not released to the press, found that residential areas bore the brunt of the bomb, with less than 10 percent of the city’s manufacturing, transportation and storage facilities damaged.

There was something else missing in the Truman announcement: because the president in his statement failed to mention radiation effects, which officials knew would be horrendous, the imagery of just “a bigger bomb” would prevail for days in the press. Truman described the new weapon as “revolutionary” but only in regard to the destruction it could cause, failing to even mention its most lethal new feature: radiation.

On the evening of August 9, Truman addressed the American people over the radio. Again he took pains to picture Hiroshima as a military base, even claiming that “we wished in the first attack to avoid, in so far as possible, the killing of civilians.” By then, an American B-29 had dropped a second atomic bomb over the city of Nagasaki, which killed tens of thousands of civilians and only a handful of Japanese troops (along with Allied prisoners of war). Nagasaki was variously described by US officials as a “naval base” or “industrial center.”

On the night of March 9-10, 1945, a wave of 300 American bombers struck Tokyo, killing 100,000 people. Dropping nearly 1,700 tons of bombs, the war planes ravaged much of the capital city, completely burning out 16 square miles and destroying a quarter of a million structures. A million residents were left homeless.

On May 23, eleven weeks later, came the greatest air raid of the Pacific War, when 520 giant B-29 “Superfortress” bombers unleashed 4,500 tons of incendiary bombs on the heart of the already battered Japanese capital. Generating gale-force winds, the exploding incendiaries obliterated Tokyo’s commercial center and railway yards, and consumed the Ginza entertainment district. Two days later, onMay 25, a second strike of 502 “Superfortress” planes roared low over Tokyo, raining down some 4,000 tons of explosives. Together these two B-29 raids destroyed 56 square miles of the Japanese capital.

Even before the Hiroshima attack, American air force General Curtis LeMay boasted that American bombers were “driving them [Japanese] back to the stone age.” Henry H. (“Hap”) Arnold, commanding General of the Army air forces, declared in his 1949 memoirs: “It always appeared to us, atomic bomb or no atomic bomb, the Japanese were already on the verge of collapse.” This was confirmed by former Japanese prime minister Fumimaro Konoye, who said: “Fundamentally, the thing that brought about the determination to make peace was the prolonged bombing by the B-29s.”

Japan Seeks Peace

Months before the end of the war, Japan’s leaders recognized that defeat was inevitable. In April 1945 a new government headed by Kantaro Suzuki took office with the mission of ending the war. When Germany capitulated in early May, the Japanese understood that the British and Americans would now direct the full fury of their awesome military power exclusively against them.

American officials, having long since broken Japan’s secret codes, knew from intercepted messages that the country’s leaders were seeking to end the war on terms as favorable as possible. Details of these efforts were known from decoded secret communications between the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo and Japanese diplomats abroad.

In his 1965 study, Atomic Diplomacy: Hiroshima and Potsdam (pp. 107, 108), historian Gar Alperovitz writes:

Although Japanese peace feelers had been sent out as early as September 1944 (and [China’s] Chiang Kai-shek had been approached regarding surrender possibilities in December 1944), the real effort to end the war began in the spring of 1945. This effort stressed the role of the Soviet Union …

In mid-April [1945] the [US] Joint Intelligence Committee reported that Japanese leaders were looking for a way to modify the surrender terms to end the war. The State Department was convinced the Emperor was actively seeking a way to stop the fighting.

A Secret Memorandum

It was only after the war that the American public learned about Japan’s efforts to bring the conflict to an end. Chicago Tribune reporter Walter Trohan, for example, was obliged by wartime censorship to withhold for seven months one of the most important stories of the war.

In an article that finally appeared August 19, 1945, on the front pages of the Chicago Tribune and the Washington Times-Herald, Trohan revealed that on January 20, 1945, two days prior to his departure for the Yalta meeting with Stalin and Churchill, President Roosevelt received a 40-page memorandum from General Douglas MacArthur outlining five separate surrender overtures from high-level Japanese officials. (The complete text of Trohan’s article is in the Winter 1985-86 Journal, pp. 508-512.)

This memo showed that the Japanese were offering surrender terms virtually identical to the ones ultimately accepted by the Americans at the formal surrender ceremony on September 2 – that is, complete surrender of everything but the person of the Emperor. Specifically, the terms of these peace overtures included:

  • Complete surrender of all Japanese forces and arms, at home, on island possessions, and in occupied countries.
  • Occupation of Japan and its possessions by Allied troops under American direction.
  • Japanese relinquishment of all territory seized during the war, as well as Manchuria, Korea and Taiwan.
  • Regulation of Japanese industry to halt production of any weapons and other tools of war.
  • Release of all prisoners of war and internees.
  • Surrender of designated war criminals.

Chemtrail Geoengineering: Who Is Playing God With Our Lives and the Planet since 1966?

Greetings Fellow Earth Inhabitants:

I have tried to compile as much credible circumstantial evidence along with ‘experts’ who are doing independent research as to the effects of the mysterious climate altering activities going on above us as well as some independent personal testing with friends of our local waters to better understand the chemtrail phenomenon.

There has been serious studies done by U.S. government academicians in the early 1990’s recommending low altitude sky spraying to reflect sunlight back into space to mitigate global warming using metallic backed metals like aluminum and barium.  There have been bills put in Congress to allow ‘Climate Mitigation’ and their has been bills put forward by Congressman Dennis Kucinich back in 2001 to halt the practice of ‘Weather Modification’ from the secret worlds of our governments Black Ops: here

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as–

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;

(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;

(v) laser weapons systems;

(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and

(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.

(C) The term `exotic weapons systems’ includes weapons designed to damage
space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or
climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage
or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
So that to deny that our skies are being manipulated or that playing God with our atmosphere is some new effort by our government is unwarranted and untrue.  (Fyi, this bill was not allowed to be tabled on the Senate floor)

The easy dismissal is that these are ‘contrails’ and ‘normal’ condensation from jet exhaust vaporizing at cold sky temperatures.  Yet all one has to do is simply observe one plane, or one day, where there are short trails leaving no lasting clouds and other planes or days, where the trails linger and spread and the sky becomes a soft haze over the course of several hours.  Most hard evidence points to the fact that our belief systems simplycannot ‘go there’ and  believe what we are visualizing because our minds cannot accept this probable reality. (see 9.11).

My own personal testing of ponds on lands we own shows extremely high levels of barium and aluminum shortly after heavy spraying has been done overhead, which is consistent with the properties said to be in the chemtrail spraying being done by military and commercial aircraft.  My friends have presented hard evidence to the local and CA state air quality boards of the hugely elevated levels of toxic metals from our waters yet they have done nothing about it.

Why anyone would be spraying chemicals on near daily basis, in plain sight, over so many countries, for over a decade now is just mind boggling. Reports with photographs from Australia, England, Denmark, Germany, et. al have skywatch chapters that report chemtrail spraying here.   It seems that ‘sky painting’ goes on in a regular basis in most NATO countries, but not China and Russia.

Of course there are few on record in private or government who will even admit this is going on and if our government did admit it, then they would tell us it is for our own good and that the appropriate scientists and regulatory agencies have promised its safety and that we should not be concerned.. Yet the evidence is now being learned that there are new illness’ being directly associated with the sky spraying called Morgellons disease. (see below).

In the Cancum Climate Summit last November they openly discussed man made weather modification, so it appears they are trying to privatize the covert operations so corporations can take full advantage. We we are being told that due to (pick one) Climate Change, Global Warming, Weather Wierding, etc.  we must allow the same people who brought us the nuclear bombs, exploding oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico and depleted uranium to design mass systems of man made weather manipulation and trust they will get it right or we shall all surely parish if nothing is done.

Geoengineering is the new term that you will be hearing a lot about in the near and distant future in that the power that be are trying to take their covert activities over the past two decades and bring them into the public/private business sector as a way to publicly profit and manipulate the weather against the proclaimed Global Warming, Climate Change warnings we have been threatened with over the past few years if we don’t change our ways and let the government impose sanctions and fees on us all.

Nothing New ~ ~
Since well before the Vietnam Wars our government has been manipulating the weather here through programs like Operation Popeye.  If you just think about how advanced computer speed has gotten each year and apply that to secret development of our weather you can begin to understand the possibilities that not only the weather can be controlled but so can earthquakes and floods be artificially created.

We now know the HAARP weather modifiers in Alaska have the ability to create droughts, floods and earthquakes here.  And the military has openly declared its intention to dominate space with its  Full Spectrum Dominance of Space 2020 document,  where if you control air space and weather you checkmate all.  here.

Over the past week, while the main stream prestitutes were fondling over themselves to keep from reporting the real stories behind the exiting Pope ‘Arnold’ Benedict’s massive global coverup’s of child pedophilia by catholic priests as well as the shameful history of the new Pope Francis of “No See-See’s” dark silence during the bloody torture, rape and murders of Argentina’s ‘Dirty War’ of the late 70′s and early 80′s, another very important global event, that may effect all, is being played out among the Western and Russian secret spook agencies and governing bodies.

Spy vs. Spy

First, it was reported last week in news sites other than in the U.S., that the Russian Drug Task forces had swept into U.S. occupied Afghanistan unexpectedly and destroyed many drug labs as well as confiscating over 21 tons of processed heroin:

MOSCOW, March 12 (RIA Novosti) – Almost 21 tons of heroin have been seized in an operation in eastern Afghanistan , the head of Russia’s Federal Drug Control Service (FSKN) said on Tuesday.  “An operation was carried out yesterday in the province of Nangarhar, during which several drug production labs were destroyed and almost 21 tons of heroin seized,” FSKN head Viktor Ivanov said. He said FSKN officers had taken part in the “unique operation.”

Then just 3 days later In possible response to these attacks, in the small country of Cyprus, the IMF backed European Union raided in apparent retaliation the bank accounts of the wealthy KGB oligarchs:

“The controversial proposed tax on savings in Cyprus looks set to hit Russian pockets hard—with experts estimating that Russian deposits in Cypriot banks amount to at least $20bn. Confidence in Cyprus as a safe place to deposit money is going to be reduced to zero,” Anatoly Aksakov of the Russian association of regional banks told Interfax news agency.

As a condition for a desperately-needed €10bn ($13bn) bailout for Cyprus, fellow Eurozone countries and international creditors on Saturday imposed a levy on all deposits in the island’s banks. Deposits of more than €100,000 will be hit with a 9.9% charge, while under that threshold the levy drops to €6.75%.  Aksakov said the amount of Russian money likely to be affected was $20bn (€15.4bn), while the Russian edition of Forbes magazine gave much higher estimates.

Forbes said on its website that ratings agency Moody’s last year estimated the holdings of Russian businesses in Cyprus at $19bn, with another $12bn held there by Russian banks.”

The President of Cyprus explanation gave some of these reasons for the raiding of customer bank accounts:

5. It saves provident and pension funds and avoids taking other tough measures such as wage and pension cuts that were put on the negotiations table.

6. It avoids further recession and the risk of the vicious circle of a second memorandum.

Afghanistan Drug History

To understand the possible connections here we need to understand the current real history of war and drugs in Afghanistan. In 1979 Russia invaded Afghanistan. The U.S. responded by forming a covert CIA support operation funding a pissed off wealthy ex-pat Saudi Arabian named Osama Bin Laden, or Tim Osman, as he was known to the CIA back then. With CIA money he helped form the resistance to the Russians using the Taliban forces to thwart the Russian occupation.

When the Russians finally retreated, the U.S. bugged out as well, leaving Afghanistan in the 90′s to be controlled once again by the ruthless Taliban, where women were delegated back to the dark ages and an eye for eye law ruled the lands once again.

When the U.S. re-invaded Afghanistan in 2001 to allegedly ‘hunt’ for the 6′ 6″ dialysis machine toting former CIA asset, Bin Laden, the amount of opium grown in the Taliban controlled Afghanistan was zero.  Just 10 years later it was estimated that over 3,000 tons of pure heroin was being produced annually, which is said to supply some 85% of the global heroin trade. Additionally, the NY Times reported recently that there has been a 18% annual increase in production since then.

It should be noted that Afghanistan has no air force or independent standing army. The United States has controlled all air space and agriculture lands for over a decade. The United States spook agencies have been a major drug dealing/supplying operation since  the Vietnam war when the dictator Khan Su’s reigned over the Golden Triangle heroin trade.  It is also no secret to those in the know that this is how former Director of the CIA and U.S. President George Walker “Poppy” Bush, got his nickname.

Apparently, the Russians, under former KGB Director and once again President Vladamir Putin, have allowed the opium to be taken out of Eastern Afghanistan into Russia for processing and distribution until the raid last week.

“…estimates that only 15% of the Afghan drug output are trafficked via the northern route traversing Russia, Russian law-enforcement agencies argue that – after a recent sharp increase – the northern route’s share is at least 35%. Drugs are smuggled into Russia using all types of transportation (cars – 70%, rail – 20%, planes – 10%). Much of the smuggling is disguised as agricultural supplies, and, making life a lot easier for smugglers, the Kazakh customs service does not subject cars from Asia to inspection procedures as a general rule. Andrew F. Tully, a US analyst whose interests are centered around Afghanistan, says openly that Iran and Russia are facing “heroin pressure” from Afghanistan, and the Russian statistical data fully support the view. “

So to recap, we have a stealth surprise raid by KGB Russians against U.S. controlled opium supplies.  Just days later, the International bankers responded by raiding the Cyprus bank accounts where large sums of Russian wealth has been parked.

To connect the dots to our homeland of insecurity one needs to understand that similar types of raids on private customer bank accounts are going on in the United States as well.  Cyprus’ bank raid may just be a possible precursor to what happens next to bank accounts across the U.S. as well.

Executive Orders and Rehypothefication

Just last October, President Obama signed yet another unilateral Executive Order title 12957 which:

“…claims the power to freeze all bank accounts and stop any related financial transactions that a “sanctioned person” may own or try to perform — all in the name of “Iran Sanctions.”

Titled an “Executive Order from the President regarding Authorizing the Implementation of Certain Sanctions…” the order says that if an individual is declared by the president, the secretary of state, or the secretary of the treasury to be a “sanctioned person,” he (or she) will be unable to obtain access to his accounts, will be unable to process any loans (or make them), or move them to any other financial institution inside or outside the United States. In other words, his financial resources will have successfully been completely frozen. The EO expands its authority by making him unable to use any third party such as “a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, subgroup or other organization” that might wish to help him or allow him to obtain access to his funds.

And if the individual so “sanctioned” decides that the ruling is unfair, he isn’t allowed to sue. In two words, the individual has successfully been robbed blind.”

Then, just this past week, President Obama announced he was drawing up plans to allow his spook agencies to access all data bases containing customer bank accounts in this country:

The Obama administration is drawing up plans to give all U.S. spy agencies full access to a massive database that contains financial data on American citizens and others who bank in the country, according to a Treasury Department document seen by Reuters. 

The proposed plan represents a major step by U.S. intelligence agencies to spot and track down terrorist networks and crime syndicates by bringing together financial databanks, criminal records and military intelligence. The plan, which legal experts say is permissible under U.S. law, is nonetheless likely to trigger intense criticism from privacy advocates.

A society is always eager to cover misdeeds with a cloak of forgetfulness, but no society can fully repress an ugly past when the ravages persist into the present. America owes a debt of justice which it has only begun to pay. If it loses the will to finish or slackens in its determination, history will recall its crimes and the country that would be great will lack the most indispensable element of greatness — justice.

Great Read: “Act of State” by William Pepper, attorney for the King family who won a guilty verdict for $100 settlement where a 30 day trial, with over 70 witnesses called and a jury deliberation of just two hours against Jowers, and other “unnamed co-conspirators” of the Memphis Police Department and the 8-man sniper team backed by the 111th U.S. Military Intelligence Unit who were all at the scene the Assassination.

Martin Luther King’s family and his attorney, William F. Pepper, won a civil trial that found US government agencies guilty in the wrongful death of Martin Luther King. The 1999 trial, King Family versus Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators, is the only trial ever conducted on the assassination of Dr. King. The King family’s attempts for a criminal trial were denied, as suspect James Ray’s recant of what he claimed was a false confession was denied.

The overwhelming evidence of government complicity introduced and agreed as comprehensively valid by the jury includes the 111th Military Intelligence Group were sent to Dr. King’s location and that the usual police protection was pulled away just before the assassination. Military Intelligence set-up alleged photographers on a roof of a fire station with a clear view to Dr. King’s balcony. 20th Special Forces Group had an 8-man sniper team at the assassination location on that day.

The overwhelming evidence of government complicity introduced and agreed as comprehensively valid by the jury includes:

Along with arranging for the assassination, CIA and military disclosure confirm that corporate media collude with political “leadership” to disinform the American public on strategic military, policy, and economic issues. This answers the question why corporate media have not covered the civil trial and verdict for MLK’s assassination. For comparison, please consider the media circus over O.J. Simpson’s trials.

The King family’s attempts for a criminal trial were denied, as suspect James Ray’s recant of a guilty plea were denied. Mr. Ray said that his government-appointed attorney told him to sign a guilty plea to prevent the death penalty for his part in delivering the murder weapon for Dr. King’s assassination, and to prevent arrests of his father and brother as probable co-conspirators. Mr. Ray produced a letter from his attorney stating the promise that Mr. Ray would receive a trial. When Mr. Ray discovered that he was solely blamed for Dr. King’s assassination and would never receive a trial, the King family’s and Mr. Ray’s subsequent requests for a trial were denied.

The US government also denied the King family’s requests for independent investigation of the assassination. Therefore, and importantly, the US government has never presented any evidence subject to challenge that substantiates their claim that Mr. Ray assassinated Dr. King.

King’s family and Mr. Pepper allege that Dr. King’s speech calling upon America to end the Vietnam War, Beyond Vietnam: A time to break silence, and his plan for a 500,000 camp-in for Washington, D.C. in the summer of 1968 were a threat to dominant and fascist political factions within US government. The evidence for Robert Kennedy’s assassination is also conclusive of government complicity with likely motive to suppress war dissent.

Along with arranging for the assassination, CIA and military disclosure confirm that corporate media collude with political “leadership” to disinform the American public on strategic military, policy, and economic issues. This answers the question why corporate media have not covered the civil trial and verdict for MLK’s assassination.

This conclusion is consistent with US history, past and recent, for US “leaders” to lie and kill for wars of choice. These lies are then “covered” by corporate media in news and history texts.

This is in response to Mr. Logsdon’s recent article concerning the growing concerns of many that the planet we all share cannot carry any more people due to lack of resources to sustain everyone.

Many will dismiss this questioning about an elite agenda to cull the herd as tin foil hat theory or conspiracists gone wild because it requires little effort to happily wave a hand and dismiss a very real inconvenient truth than to personally do the deeper research and try to understand if in fact there is a globalist agenda to depopulate the people on this planet. For if we find it to be a likely truth this means that we must take responsibility and act over ignorance and disbelief.

This planetary concern on population control has long been seriously addressed by the powers that be in books like the “Limits to Growth” by the Club of Rome in 1972 and “Population Time Bomb” by Stanford Professor Paul and Anne Ehrlich. Yet few wish to discuss in polite company that certain groups of people may very well be taking action to protect global precious resource at the grave expense of the the global herd.  However history has shown time and again that those in power have indeed practiced intentional genocide, famine, war, etc. against others to attain coveted resources and concentrated power solely for their own benefit.

A few examples: Iraq for its oil in the Gulf Wars, South Africa and the Boer Wars brought on by Britian for their gold nd diamonds and most recently Libya for its huge water reserves in the arid Middle East to benefit Israel.

A National Security Memo 200, dated April 24, 1974, by a Presidential Ad Hoc group for Jimmy Carter was titled “Implications of World Wide Population Growth for U.S. Security & Overseas interests,” which states:

  “Dr. Henry Kissinger proposed in his memorandum to the NSC that “depopulation should be the highest priority of U.S. foreign policy towards the Third World.” He quoted reasons of national security, and because `(t)he U.S. economy will require large and increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less-developed countries … Wherever a lessening of population can increase the prospects for such stability, population policy becomes relevant to resources, supplies and to the economic interests of U.S. Depopulation policy became the top priority under the NSC agenda, Club of Rome and U.S. policymakers like Gen. Alexander Haig, Cyrus Vance, Ed Muskie and Kissinger. According to an NSC spokesman at the time, the United States shared the view of former World Bank President Robert McNamara that the “population crisis” is a greater threat to U.S. national security interests than nuclear annihilation.In 1975, Henry Kissinger established a policy-planning group in the U.S. State Department’s Office of Population Affairs. The depopulation “GLOBAL 2000″ document for President Jimmy Carter was prepared.”

In 1974 Dr. Henry Kissinger, Richard Nixon’s Secretary of State at the time, authored a report titled: “The National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.” The study falsely claimed that population growth in the so-called Lesser Developed Countries (LDCs) was a grave threat to U.S. national security. Adopted as official policy in November 1975 by President Gerald Ford, NSSM 200 outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in those countries through birth control, and also, implicitly, war and famine. Brent Scowcroft, who had by then replaced Kissinger as national security adviser (the same post Scowcroft was to hold in the Bush administration), was put in charge of implementing the plan. CIA Director George Bush was ordered to assist Scowcroft, as were the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture.

This is also may very well be a reason why government departments refer to the people they supposedly serve as solely ‘human resources’

If the stated goal of the UN through their Agenda 21 Sustainable Development goals and other powers that be want to reduce the population to more ‘sustainable’ levels for planetary survival, then why is there not more discussion about who exactly is making these assertions and what plans are they implementing or have on the docket to achieve these stated goals?  Are we just not being informed while plans are being carried out by secret cabals or is it that most just really don’t want to know these possible truths?

We are constantly being told by authorities and their mainstream mouthpieces like the New York Times and Washington Post that we, the collective individuals, are the problem and we must be controlled from our excessive consumer global climate changing ways as the world population has outgrown its carrying capacity due to too many children and not enough resources going forward.  The powers that be seem to have delegated themselves to make the ‘hard decisions’ as to how to bring current population in line with their own estimates, which seems to have been etched in stone as to exactly how many people they believe can live on this planet (they of course being the ones remaining).

Another common complaint is that underdeveloped, underprivileged country’s are having way too many children, yet few of the elite, including the Bilderberger member Mr. Thomas Friedman, decry the fact that this country is far and away the biggest cause of any excess resource use and resulting climate changing anthropogenic conversation.

Given that we in the U.S. make up only 5% of the World’s population, the truth is that we in this country use up almost 1/3rd of the world’s energy, and we cause 1/3rd of the world’s pollution, not counting the manufacturing pollution from other countries to make our products that then are shipped to us halfway around the globe where energy, packaging and waste make up on average 90% of the product we use.

These groups of overt and covert cabals operate under institutions such as the Tavistock Institute, the Committee of 300, the Bilderberg Group, the Council of Foreign Relations and the Trilateral Commission. Two family names that are members of all groups, if not the founders have the names Rothschild and Rockefeller, both families related by blood.
