Previously, an exhaustive EPA study was conducted in 2008 which found methane gas releases were an astounding 50% higher than previous estimates due to fracking and….wait for it…cow flatulence increases:

The Tuskegee Experiment (1932-1972) was a 40-year American government study of the effects of untreated syphilis on black men. “Untreated” is the key word: when a cure for the disease was found in the 1940s, none of the men were allowed to receive it, not even to save their lives or stop them from going mad. It sounds like some cruel Nazi experiment. And yet it went on even after laws were passed in the late 1940s to prevent Nazi-like experiments! Of the 399 men in the study 128 died directly or indirectly from the disease. They spread it to 40 of their wives who in turn gave it to 19 of their children.

Please read quickly down below about Deagel, Inc., an apparent elite insider mass military publication cataloging company that held wild estimates for country by country depopulation, before the site is taken down. I had a chance to view the site while it was up an running yesterday.
The cover website shows Deagel to be some sort of military accounting hardware publication which listed every single aircraft of some 203 country’s by name, address and contact.
Searching further I found and astonishing list of every single embassy in these 203 country’s, there contact info, list of all national and international banks, lists of all government financial institutions, all spook agencies as well listed by nation.
I searched for an “about” but found none. No contact information either. Likewise nothing on Wiki or Google Images. I then went into the country of origin to determine the population predictions by 2025 that Deagel had recorded for each of the 203 countries. I found most countries of the Far East, the South would see flat to moderate rates of population increase by 2025.
Yet countries like the U.S., Great Britain, Israel, Sweden, etc. were going to see declines in populations by half and more by 2025, as you can see cached down below.

But there’s an additional problem with Klain’s appointment. His appears to be motivated more by politics and less by qualifications. Klain is not an expert in infectious diseases. He is a long-time Democratic operative who gained notoriety for his role in the legal challenges surrounding the 2000 presidential election. Klain also previously served as the chief of staff to Vice-Presidents Al Gore and Joe Biden. He’s what you call well-connected in Washington.
For the rest of America, “well-connected” can be translated as “corrupt” in this case. Klain’s involvement in Solyndra and the Clinton-era fundraising scams show just how well-credentialed and well-suited he is to represent President Obama. True to form, Klain’s appointment shows that the Obama White House views the Ebola issue as more of a political crisis than a stark public safety issue.
And, as we note in this important Investigative Bulletin piece, Czar Klain: No Way to Run a Republic, this is another czar who will undermine transparency and is another Obama end-run around the U.S. Constitution:
The Washington Post reports that Klain is “tasked with coordinating domestic preparedness efforts and the U.S. military operation to help control the virus’s spread in West Africa.” He’ll report to Homeland Security adviser Lisa Monaco and National Security Advisor Susan Rice, the Post says. But the Federal Emergency Management Agency is also a player. And the Defense Department has a major role. And because it is Africa, so does the State Department. And so does the Department of Homeland Security. Power in Washington is in direct relation to proximity to the president. So a “czar” operating from the White House exercises powerful influence over these departments, which have a measure of transparency and accountability under the law that the czars do not have.
As Judicial Watch has reported, the Obama administration has named dozens of them across the executive branch. Many, like Czar Klain, are unconfirmed by the Senate, largely unaccountable to Congress, and often outside the reach of the Freedom of Information Act. When the shocking news emerged that morning, exactly sixty-eight years ago, it took the form of a routine press release, a little more than 1,000 words long. President Harry S. Truman was in the middle of the Atlantic, returning from the Potsdam conference with Winston Churchill and Joseph Stalin. Shortly before 11 o’clock, an information officer from the Pentagon arrived at the White House carrying bundles of press releases. A few minutes later, assistant press secretary Eben Ayers started reading the announcement to about a dozen members of the Washington press corps.
In this way, on this day, President Truman informed the press, and the world, that America’s war against fascism—with victory over Germany already in hand—had culminated in exploding a revolutionary new weapon over a Japanese target. It was vital that this event be viewed as consistent with American decency and concern for human life.
And so, from its very first words, the official narrative was built on a lie, or at best a half-truth. Hiroshima did contain an important military base, used as a staging area for Southeast Asia, where perhaps 25,000 troops might be quartered. But the bomb had been aimed not at the “Army base” but at the very center of a city of 350,000, with the vast majority women and children and elderly males.The two most important reasons Hiroshima had been chosen as our number-one target were: it had been relatively untouched by conventional bombs, meaning its large population was still in place and the bomb’s effects could be fully judged; and the hills which surround the city on three sides would have a “focusing effect” (as the target committee put it), increasing the bomb’s destructive force. Indeed, a US survey of the damage, not released to the press, found that residential areas bore the brunt of the bomb, with less than 10 percent of the city’s manufacturing, transportation and storage facilities damaged.
There was something else missing in the Truman announcement: because the president in his statement failed to mention radiation effects, which officials knew would be horrendous, the imagery of just “a bigger bomb” would prevail for days in the press. Truman described the new weapon as “revolutionary” but only in regard to the destruction it could cause, failing to even mention its most lethal new feature: radiation.
On the evening of August 9, Truman addressed the American people over the radio. Again he took pains to picture Hiroshima as a military base, even claiming that “we wished in the first attack to avoid, in so far as possible, the killing of civilians.” By then, an American B-29 had dropped a second atomic bomb over the city of Nagasaki, which killed tens of thousands of civilians and only a handful of Japanese troops (along with Allied prisoners of war). Nagasaki was variously described by US officials as a “naval base” or “industrial center.”

On the night of March 9-10, 1945, a wave of 300 American bombers struck Tokyo, killing 100,000 people. Dropping nearly 1,700 tons of bombs, the war planes ravaged much of the capital city, completely burning out 16 square miles and destroying a quarter of a million structures. A million residents were left homeless.
On May 23, eleven weeks later, came the greatest air raid of the Pacific War, when 520 giant B-29 “Superfortress” bombers unleashed 4,500 tons of incendiary bombs on the heart of the already battered Japanese capital. Generating gale-force winds, the exploding incendiaries obliterated Tokyo’s commercial center and railway yards, and consumed the Ginza entertainment district. Two days later, onMay 25, a second strike of 502 “Superfortress” planes roared low over Tokyo, raining down some 4,000 tons of explosives. Together these two B-29 raids destroyed 56 square miles of the Japanese capital.
Even before the Hiroshima attack, American air force General Curtis LeMay boasted that American bombers were “driving them [Japanese] back to the stone age.” Henry H. (“Hap”) Arnold, commanding General of the Army air forces, declared in his 1949 memoirs: “It always appeared to us, atomic bomb or no atomic bomb, the Japanese were already on the verge of collapse.” This was confirmed by former Japanese prime minister Fumimaro Konoye, who said: “Fundamentally, the thing that brought about the determination to make peace was the prolonged bombing by the B-29s.”
Japan Seeks Peace
Months before the end of the war, Japan’s leaders recognized that defeat was inevitable. In April 1945 a new government headed by Kantaro Suzuki took office with the mission of ending the war. When Germany capitulated in early May, the Japanese understood that the British and Americans would now direct the full fury of their awesome military power exclusively against them.
American officials, having long since broken Japan’s secret codes, knew from intercepted messages that the country’s leaders were seeking to end the war on terms as favorable as possible. Details of these efforts were known from decoded secret communications between the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo and Japanese diplomats abroad.
In his 1965 study, Atomic Diplomacy: Hiroshima and Potsdam (pp. 107, 108), historian Gar Alperovitz writes:
Although Japanese peace feelers had been sent out as early as September 1944 (and [China’s] Chiang Kai-shek had been approached regarding surrender possibilities in December 1944), the real effort to end the war began in the spring of 1945. This effort stressed the role of the Soviet Union …
In mid-April [1945] the [US] Joint Intelligence Committee reported that Japanese leaders were looking for a way to modify the surrender terms to end the war. The State Department was convinced the Emperor was actively seeking a way to stop the fighting.
A Secret Memorandum
It was only after the war that the American public learned about Japan’s efforts to bring the conflict to an end. Chicago Tribune reporter Walter Trohan, for example, was obliged by wartime censorship to withhold for seven months one of the most important stories of the war.
In an article that finally appeared August 19, 1945, on the front pages of the Chicago Tribune and the Washington Times-Herald, Trohan revealed that on January 20, 1945, two days prior to his departure for the Yalta meeting with Stalin and Churchill, President Roosevelt received a 40-page memorandum from General Douglas MacArthur outlining five separate surrender overtures from high-level Japanese officials. (The complete text of Trohan’s article is in the Winter 1985-86 Journal, pp. 508-512.)
This memo showed that the Japanese were offering surrender terms virtually identical to the ones ultimately accepted by the Americans at the formal surrender ceremony on September 2 – that is, complete surrender of everything but the person of the Emperor. Specifically, the terms of these peace overtures included:
Complete surrender of all Japanese forces and arms, at home, on island possessions, and in occupied countries.
Occupation of Japan and its possessions by Allied troops under American direction.
Japanese relinquishment of all territory seized during the war, as well as Manchuria, Korea and Taiwan.
Regulation of Japanese industry to halt production of any weapons and other tools of war.

There has been serious studies done by U.S. government academicians in the early 1990’s recommending low altitude sky spraying to reflect sunlight back into space to mitigate global warming using metallic backed metals like aluminum and barium. There have been bills put in Congress to allow ‘Climate Mitigation’ and their has been bills put forward by Congressman Dennis Kucinich back in 2001 to halt the practice of ‘Weather Modification’ from the secret worlds of our governments Black Ops: here
(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as–
(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;
(ii) chemtrails;
(iii) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems;
(iv) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic, or ultrasonic weapons;
(v) laser weapons systems;
(vi) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons; and
(vii) chemical, biological, environmental, climate, or tectonic weapons.
(C) The term `exotic weapons systems’ includes weapons designed to damage
space or natural ecosystems (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or
climate, weather, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage
or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space.
So that to deny that our skies are being manipulated or that playing God with our atmosphere is some new effort by our government is unwarranted and untrue. (Fyi, this bill was not allowed to be tabled on the Senate floor)

The easy dismissal is that these are ‘contrails’ and ‘normal’ condensation from jet exhaust vaporizing at cold sky temperatures. Yet all one has to do is simply observe one plane, or one day, where there are short trails leaving no lasting clouds and other planes or days, where the trails linger and spread and the sky becomes a soft haze over the course of several hours. Most hard evidence points to the fact that our belief systems simplycannot ‘go there’ and believe what we are visualizing because our minds cannot accept this probable reality. (see 9.11).
My own personal testing of ponds on lands we own shows extremely high levels of barium and aluminum shortly after heavy spraying has been done overhead, which is consistent with the properties said to be in the chemtrail spraying being done by military and commercial aircraft. My friends have presented hard evidence to the local and CA state air quality boards of the hugely elevated levels of toxic metals from our waters yet they have done nothing about it.
Why anyone would be spraying chemicals on near daily basis, in plain sight, over so many countries, for over a decade now is just mind boggling. Reports with photographs from Australia, England, Denmark, Germany, et. al have skywatch chapters that report chemtrail spraying here. It seems that ‘sky painting’ goes on in a regular basis in most NATO countries, but not China and Russia.

Of course there are few on record in private or government who will even admit this is going on and if our government did admit it, then they would tell us it is for our own good and that the appropriate scientists and regulatory agencies have promised its safety and that we should not be concerned.. Yet the evidence is now being learned that there are new illness’ being directly associated with the sky spraying called Morgellons disease. (see below).
In the Cancum Climate Summit last November they openly discussed man made weather modification, so it appears they are trying to privatize the covert operations so corporations can take full advantage. We we are being told that due to (pick one) Climate Change, Global Warming, Weather Wierding, etc. we must allow the same people who brought us the nuclear bombs, exploding oil wells in the Gulf of Mexico and depleted uranium to design mass systems of man made weather manipulation and trust they will get it right or we shall all surely parish if nothing is done.
Geoengineering is the new term that you will be hearing a lot about in the near and distant future in that the power that be are trying to take their covert activities over the past two decades and bring them into the public/private business sector as a way to publicly profit and manipulate the weather against the proclaimed Global Warming, Climate Change warnings we have been threatened with over the past few years if we don’t change our ways and let the government impose sanctions and fees on us all.

Since well before the Vietnam Wars our government has been manipulating the weather here through programs like Operation Popeye. If you just think about how advanced computer speed has gotten each year and apply that to secret development of our weather you can begin to understand the possibilities that not only the weather can be controlled but so can earthquakes and floods be artificially created.

Federal and Global regulations only deal with thermal heat exposure caused by laptops and such.They completely ignore the real dangers of low frequency radiation. An example to compare the two is that you can microwave your food yet the inside of the box stays cool because radiation only cooks the food at the cellular level as opposed to a regular oven that heats the whole box with conventional heating. This is one of the major Big Lie’s being perp’d on us with WiFi radiation to omit critical measurement to assure us WiFi is safe.

The Big WiLie: The U.S. Navy has known for decades, since at least 1976, of the significant inherent dangers in using Wifi but only summarized the results in military terms of ‘who can we harm’ and ‘can we be attacked’ (source). The Telecom Industry buried the effects by claiming that only heat can causes problems with wifi, when in fact study after study after study has shown that it is the low wave, pulsed, non-ionized radiation used in RF and Microwave lenghts that is disrupting our systems at the molecular level. There simply isn’t the words to describe the significant, multi-generational problems we all face in regards to mans own destruction by his own technological means in regards to the critical nature of what is going on at Fukushima today, tomorrow and hundreds of years from now.
Not only must there be a year after year after decade after decade after century pool of money to finance the decommissioning of these nuke plants but also there must be a constant multi-generational police state to guard the radiated toxic waste. There are over a hundred similar Fukushima’s radiating in cooling pools here in the states, many along earthquake fault lines and beaches.This will be covered in Part II.

Daichi 4 must remove over 1500 rods, will start in November and take over 14 months to remove. It is a very delicate operation with millimeters to spare.
The radiation in these spent rods are over 14,000 times that of the Hiroshima bomb.
There are some 11,000 fuel rods now scattered around the Fukushima site. More than 6,000 sit in a pool just 50 meters from the base of Unit Four.
If they fail while removing the rods, if an earthquake or typhoon hits during the removal process and the spent fuel goes critical they will have to evacuate Fukushima. These means that their will not be the personnel around to keep pouring 400 tons of seawater in the 5 other holding tanks and the 3 melted cores!!!
If this happens, the entire country of Japan will need to be evacuated and the the entire Northern Hemisphere will be at risk for thousands of years.
