I’m living in north Devon, England…by the sea. It’s a tourist area that has hardly had a sunny day all summer. I see the chem trails and the skys are filled with smog almost every morning. It is ruining the tourist industry and farmers are struggling (I live on a farm). All that to say that I see it and believe you entirely, what I’m not seeing though are the places that send the water upwards to form clouds.
