There is an agenda to have the population implanted with microchips, and ultimately, with brain chips.  The necessary research for this agenda has been done over the last few decades, involving experimenting with inserting electrodes and implants into the brains of animals, and humans, and interfacing with computers.

On a socio-cultural level, this agenda has also involved the normalization of various new technologies – in conjunction with the gradual alteration of certain behavioral norms – as a step-by-step tip-toeing towards this goal of mass microchip implantation, all pre-planned in advance.  These technologies include the personal computer and the videogames console (along with the internet), the mobile phone, the iPod (and its predecessors), RFID-tags and of course, the implantable microchip itself.

The planners are very long term thinkers and actors and operate in the most secretive of ways.  We are being prepped now to accept all form of new technology as being safe and okay.  The powers that be own the government and regulatory agencies that qualify the devices for mass implementation.

Hollywood preps us in advance to begin to ‘accept’ the ideas that brain implants will be useful and ‘cool’. First they tested chipping with prisoners and soldiers.  Now they are implementing the implanting Agenda. They have so cleverly gotten the schools to be the police for 7th graders and above to be vaccinated and the drugstores and Big Boxes to offer purchase discounts to get shot up.

Only through increased knowledge and awareness and then bringing the information to as many as possible, especially those public officials at the doctors, at the hospitals, at the schools, at the drug stores, et. al can we begin to stop the madness.  Though it is very, very hard to believe that some in great power wish to do this to the many, I feel strongly if you spend the time to go thoroughly thru the information presented you will be convinced that their is an Agenda and they do wish to control and cull the masses.

It takes many years to implement these changes successfully.  From the perspective of the ruling elite, all necessary steps must be overseen properly and everything must be done thoroughly, and in the right order.  Any particular step cannot be missed out, and corners cannot be cut, because doing so could create unpredictable consequences, ripple effects, which may threaten the success of their agenda – an agenda which is increasingly obviously a “must be”.  Such long-term goals take decades to bring about and because they come in so gradually over such a long period of time – much longer than the average person’s plans – most people don’t ever realise that they are actually witnessing a long-term agenda unfolding in their own lifetime.

Thousands of people have already taken microchip implants in their arms.  The Today Show had the first family to be chipped because they felt ‘unsafe after 9.11).

We are now seeing the end stages of this particular long-term agenda.  We must fight or lose our right to have children, to control our own thoughts and to be free from Tyranny of the tech kind.  Make no mistake this is the End Game and their plans have been exposed.  They have all but assured themselves that most won’t wake up int time.

The New York Times piecementions that Google X labs, the team behind the glasses, wants to “ensure that people know if they are being recorded by someone wearing a pair of glasses with a built-in camera.” Obviously, though, the repercussions of a wearable computer that a) knows where you are, and b) what you’re looking at, will require a lot more than a blinking red “record” light on the front of the specs.

The phrase “tracking cookie” takes on a whole new meaning when Google also correlates your real-world activities with your online presence. Remember, Google is ultimately an advertising company, where eyeballs directly translate into money — and it’s hard to get any closer to your eyes than a pair of augmented reality glasses. When you look at a car dealership,

Google will be able to display ads from a competitor. When you sit in front of a computer, or TV, or stare through a shop window, the glasses will be able to track your head movements and report back on the efficacy of display ads. Perhaps most excitingly, when you read a newspaper or book or other static medium, Google could even overlay its own, interactive ads.

If Google can allay our concerns — or make the experience awesome enough that our concerns melt away — then augmented reality really will be as powerful as I’ve described. It was only yesterday that David and I discussed whether tablets or smartphones would lead the future of mobile computing — and now it seems like we should’ve considered a third option as well: glasses.

VERICHIP GETS H1N1 Contract; Stock Soars 600%

( Sept. 2009) Shares of VeriChip Corp tripled after the company said it had been granted an exclusive license to two patents, which will help it to develop implantable virus detection systems in humans.

The patents, held by VeriChip partner Receptors LLC, relate to biosensors that can detect the H1N1 and other viruses, and biological threats such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, VeriChip said in a statement.The technology will combine with VeriChip’s implantable radio frequency identification devices to develop virus triage detection systems.

The triage system will provide multiple levels of identification — the first will identify the agent as virus or non-virus, the second level will classify the virus and alert the user to the presence of pandemic threat viruses and the third level will identify the precise pathogen, VeriChip said in a white paper published May 7, 2009.

Shares of VeriChip were up 186 percent at $3.28 Monday late afternoon trade on Nasdaq. They had touched a year high of $3.43 earlier in the session.

Epicyte developed a genetically modified spermicidal corn in 2001 with a view to saving the world from overpopulation. By isolating the genes that regulate the manufacture of these antibodies, and by putting them in corn plants, the company has created tiny horticultural factories that make contraceptives.

Reuters) – A British ethics group has launched a debate on the ethical dilemmas posed by new technologies that tap into the brain and could bring super-human strength, highly enhanced concentration or thought-controlled weaponry.

But they also have huge potential outside the health context. In military applications, BCIs are being used to develop weapons or vehicles controlled remotely by brain signals, and there is big commercial scope in the gaming industry with the development of computer games controlled by people’s thoughts.

Speaking at a briefing to launch the consultation, Baldwin said the estimated total global market for all neurotechnologies – including pharmaceuticals for the treatment of brain disorders – is around $150 billion.

“Setting pharmaceuticals aside, the value of the market for the devices and technologies we are dealing with is something in the region of $8 billion, and growing fast,” he said.

With the prospect of future conflicts between armies controlling weapons with their minds, the Nuffield Council on Bioethics launched a consultation on Thursday to consider the risks of blurring the lines between humans and machines.

“Intervening in the brain has always raised both hopes and fears in equal measure. Hopes of curing terrible diseases, and fears about the consequences of trying to enhance human capability beyond what is normally possible,” said Thomas Baldwin, a professor of philosophy at Britain’s York University who is leading the study.

WASHINGTON – Pacemakers, brain implants, insulin pumps and other medically implanted and external devices with wireless interfaces are vulnerable to cyber-attacks by hackers.A recently released Department of Homeland Security bulletin sent to medical and cybersecurity industry professionals warns of possible future attacks.

This vulnerability raises a new security risk for the average person, high profile public figures and world leaders alike.”One example of a common vulnerability I’ve seen is a medical device with a wireless interface, where the command and control doesn’t have cryptographic authentication,” says Dr. Kevin Fu, an associate professor in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Fu says a hacker, using a wireless interface, could utilize “another computer or another device to change the settings on a medical device to infuse insulin or control the defibrillation of a heart.”The problem is “medical devices I’ve seen today don’t generally have a way to know who is issuing a command or who is authorized,” Fu says.

“Ethical” Assessment of the Implantable Chip

Wearables and body-nets are intermediate technologies; the logical next step in this development is the implantable brain chip, direct neural interfacing. As early as 1968, Nicholas Negroponte, presently director of MIT’s Media Lab, first prophesied this symbiosis between mankind and machine. His colleague, Professor Gershenfeld, asserts that “in 10 years, computers will be everywhere; in 20 years, embedded by bioengineers in our bodies…” Neither visionary professes any qualms about this project, which they expect to alter human nature itself. “Suddenly technology has given us powers with which we can manipulate not only external reality — the physical world — but also, and much more portentously, ourselves.” Once networked the result will be a “collective consciousness”, “the hive mind.” “The hive mind…is about taking all these trillions of cells in our skulls that make individual consciousness and putting them together and arriving at a new kind of consciousness that transcends all the individuals.”

The technology for implantable devices is becoming available, and at prices that make such systems very cost effective. Three stages of introduction of such devices can be delineated. The earliest adopters will be those with a disability, who will use this as a more powerful prosthetic device. The next stage, represents the movement from therapy to enhancement, and it is at this point that ethical evaluation becomes imperative. One of the first groups of non-disabled “volunteers” will probably be the professional military, where the use of an implanted computing and communication device with new interfaces to weapons, information, and communications could be lifesaving. The third group of users will probably be those involved in very information intensive businesses, who will use these devices to develop an expanded information transfer capability.

As intelligence or sensory “amplifiers”, the implantable chip will generate at least four benefits: 1) it will increase the dynamic range of senses, enabling, for example, seeing IR, UV, and chemical spectra; 2) it will enhance memory; 3) it will enable “cyberthink” — invisible communication with others when making decisions, and 4) it will enable consistent and constant access to information where and when it is needed.

Modifying the brain and its powers could change our psychic states, altering both the self-concept of the user, and our understanding of what it means to be human. The boundary between me “the physical self” and me “the perceptory/intellectual self” could change as the ability to perceive and interact expands far beyond what can be done with video conferencing. The boundaries of the real and virtual worlds may blur, and a consciousness wired to the collective and to the accumulated knowledge of mankind would surely impact the individual’s sense of self. Whether this would lead to bestowing greater weight to collective responsibilities and whether this would be beneficial are unknown.

UN & World Bank Issue Future Nation Lending Guidelines Based On Population Reduction Agendas

According to two subsequent documents put out by the World Bank, its guidelines dictate that in order to qualify for World Bank lending, sovereign nations must implement population reduction objectives as outlined by the World Bank and UN Population Fund. If they refuse, lending will be withdrawn.

As we know, this is eugenics-new-speak for population control. As pro-death globalist professor John Cleland argued at a 2006 gathering

in the company of like-minded individuals from the United Nations Population Fund, the International Planned Parenthood Foundation, the European Commission, the World Bank and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation:

“It does this cause no service at all to continue to shroud family planning in the obfuscating phrase “sexual and reproductive health”. People don’t really know what it means. If we mean family planning or contraception, we must say it. If we are worried about population growth, we must say it. We must use proper, straightforward language. I am fed up with the political correctness that daren’t say the name population stabilization, hardly dares to mention family planning or contraception out of fear that somebody is going to get offended. It is pathetic!”

Infertility Through Vaccinations Funded by NWO Agenda

The WHO begain its “Special Programme” in human reproduction in 1972, and by 1993 had spent more than $356 million on “reproductive health” research.(7) It is this “Programme” which has pioneered the development of the abortificant vaccine. Over $90 million of this Programme’s funds were contributed by Sweden; Great Britain donated more than $52 million, while Norway, Denmark and Germany kicked in for $41 million , $27 million, and $12 million, respectively. The U.S., thanks to the cut-off of such funding during the Reagan-Bush administrations, has contributed “only” $5.7 million, including a new payment in 1993 by the Clinton administration of $2.5 million. Other major contibutors to the WHO Programme include UNFPA, $61 million; the World Bank, $15.5 million; the Rockefeller Foundation, $2.5 million; the Ford Foundation, over $1 million; and the IDRC (International Research and Development Centre of Canada), $716.5 thousand.

During the early 1990s, the World Health Organization (WHO) had been overseeing massive vaccination campaigns against tetanus in a number of countries, among them Nicaragua, Mexico, and the Philippines. In October 1994, HLI received a communication from its Mexican affiliate, the Comite’ Pro Vida de Mexico, regarding that country’s anti-tetanus campaign. Suspicious of the campaign protocols, the Comite’ obtained several vials of the vaccine and had them analyzed by chemists. Some of the vials were found to contain human chorionic gonadotrophin (hCG), a naturally occurring hormone essential for maintaining a pregnancy.

Bill Gates Family, Monsanto and the Eugenics Agenda

The Gates Foundation, aka the tax-exempt Gates Family Trust, is currently in the process of spending billions of dollars in the name of humanitarianism to establish a global food monopoly dominated by genetically-modified (GM) crops and seeds. And based on the Gates family’s history of involvement in world affairs, it appears that one of its main goals besides simply establishing corporate control of the world’s food supply is to reduce the world’s population by a significant amount in the process.

Bill Gates’ father, William H. Gates Sr., has long been involved with the eugenics group Planned Parenthood, a rebranded organization birthed out of the American Eugenics Society. In a 2003 interview with PBS‘ Bill Moyers, Bill Gates admitted that his father used to be the head of Planned Parenthood, which was founded on the concept that most human beings are just “reckless breeders” and “human weeds” in need of culling (http://www.pbs.org/now/transcript/transcript_gates.html).
