Mega Drought in California Significantly Worsens, Though Not Reported on by the Weather Channel, et. al

Throughout the 2015 winter season, all the nations major news sources are reporting exclusively about another record year of brutal cold and snow in the Eastern half of the United States. This has also been the sole meme covered on the Weather Channel, the countries most major public/private source for weather news.

The Weather Channel, majority bought, owned, and controlled by Rothschild LLC in 2011, even hosts regular hours long reports of storms as they pass through. They have also begun the strange practice of naming the winter storms. The last one I think I saw was named “Pandora” after the mythological character, who released from the jar all of the evils onto the world, save Hope.  (Source)

But what about the other half of the country? You know, California and those “other” states West of Missouri? Weather Channel, et. al remain a stone-cold silence. In fact, nearly all state and local newspapers are in a “drought-out” reporting on California’s long term plight.

In direct opposition and contrast to the East, the record shattering warm weather and no rain in California in January, now February, with zero rain in the forecast for the Golden State, is the state’s unfortunate real-time reality with coming real time, long term consequences.

Due to the prolonged absence of rain and way above normal temperatures, we are seeing fruit trees budding and flowering one to one-and-one half months early. Spring planting schedules moved way up as farmers puzzle what can/will grow where.

Pine, oak and other trees are blowing up, literally, around our county here in Mendocino and beyond from the inside out. Pest manifestation and infestation, due to lack of root moisture, is toppling formerly healthy, strong, decades old beautiful trees everywhere throughout the state.

California is the largest populated state in the country. One out of eight Americans reside in sunny, warming, no rain, CA. Our economy is recognized as the 8th largest in the world with Central Valley farmers producing some 42% of the nations food supplies for decades.

Last year, many Central Valley farmers had to fallow their fields when their water allotments were cut to 5% of normal, by Fed and State water agencies. The only  exception are for those with grandfathered water rights, who can take as much as they like and are making millions and millions selling to those without these exclusive water right privileges.

Many meat ranchers last spring culled half their herds of beef, lamb and sheep due to the doubling of grain prices and lack of grazing lands for their animals. This has kept a temporary lid on beef prices due to excess inventory but that excess is now over.

The ski industry, and supporting tourist business around Lake Tahoe, is in chaos. Many resorts closed early again this year. Worse, the Sierra Nevada snow pack is again more than 75% below baseline normal for this time of year. (However, the bountiful and blessed rains that showered the state in December were warm and created little snow pack.)

The Federal Water Agency controls the spring and former summer runoff from the CA mountains and is charged with allocating water to some 3300 state water agencies they are in contract with. Last year, for the first time ever, the Fed’s broke a 54-year contract with these state water agencies, allocating them zero water initially. (Two months later they bumped up allocation to 5% of normal). (Source)

With no water again to allocate from California’s “ice chest” reserves of the Sierra Mountains, it will be another zero allocation year to be announced next week by the Fed’s in their initial annual water allocation report. (Water runoff from the CA mountains had supplied 43% of the states annual water supply while releasing water downstream over the spring into summer as the snow pack melted.)

Meanwhile, in Colorado, they have been consistently shattering record warm temperatures by some 5-15 degrees. Eastern Colorado had record high temperatures of 82 degrees in early February.

Alaska, once again, is recording record warm temperatures, up to some 20 degrees above normal, and frequently now reports warmer temps than the state of Texas.

But barely a passing commentary by our national old school, corporate owned, government subsidized, news and weather services about the Western States critical water shortages.

“We have to learn to manage wisely water, energy, land and our investments,” said Gov. Brown this morning. “That’s why this is important.”

So what is Governor Brown doing to preserve and conserve what precious water the state has in its reserves as we have now entered our 5th straight record year of prolonged drought?

So far nunca, nada and nothing, not a damn thing. Golf courses are still being watered with only voluntary cut backs “requested”. Non-reclaimed water car washes still going business as usual. Restaurants serving water without request. Frackers, being satisfied with thousands and millions of gallons of potable drinking water per well site.

Building permits are still being issued for new wineries in Sonoma and Napa Counties. New housing and other constructions projects the same. Business as usual. Business must grow. Wall Street applauds the pro business inaction’s with continual record highs of related private shareholder stock prices.

The True Pyramid of Hierarchical Structure Today

Let’s start with who we believe the major players to be in what are known to some as the global elite. The Council of 13 is composed of the thirteen most influential families, families that have had influence and power for decades, the most familiar being the Rothschild’s, Rockefellers and European royal families including the British royal family the Windsor’s, formerly Saxe Coburg Gotha of Germany. Different sources list different families (some suggest the 13 ARE the Illuminati) comprising the council of 13 including Sinclair (St Clair), Warburg, Kennedy (Cavendish), Onassis, Russell, Astor, Du Pont, Hanover, Hapsburg, Li, Oppenheim and others. An interesting aside is that our current Prime Minister David Cameron (Eton and Bullington Club) is married into the Astor family. The influence and power of the European dynastic families is obvious as ruling royal families. Likewise the Rothschild’s and Warburg’s through banking, Rockefellers through oil and banking, Onassis through shipping, Russell’s who controlled the Chinese Opium trade, Oppenheimer control of gold and mining. The Scottish Sinclair (St Clair) family feature strongly in the history of the Knights Templar and freemasonry particularly the Scottish Rite branch.

The important thing to remember about the council of 13 families is their history and lineage, not just their vast wealth. Many contemporary families such as the Buffet’s, Bush and Gates may have more wealth, but lack the ancestry and unbroken lineage.

The Rothschild family are believed to be the wealthiest family of all with a global wealth estimated at $100 trillion (some say as high as $500 trillion), to put this into some kind of perspective, the entire US economy, which is the World’s largest is around $15 trillion. In the US the Rockefeller family is the wealthiest family with an estimated fortune of around $11 trillion.

So the next logical question would be how do these 13 families exert their power and influence? The simple and obvious answer is in many ways and always behind the scenes, never overtly. Members of these families (not always with the same surname) head up the largest banks and corporations and organisations such as the US federal reserve, other Central banks, IMF, World Bank and BIS (Bank of International Settlements). They and their lackeys occupy important positions in national government. Family members are prominent members of shadow organisations such as CFR (Council on Foreign Relation – US), Trilateral Commission, RIIA (Royal institute on International Affairs – Chatham House (UK)), national and international think tanks (Tavistock, Clore, Brookings etc), attendee’s and policy makers of annual Bilderberg group meetings, heads of charitable foundations, charities and UN and EU groups (UNESCO, UNICEF, WTO, WWF, WHO etc). To suggest these people get themselves into positions of power and influence would be an understatement of some considerable magnitude.

 

The diagram above represents one (of many) that attempts to show the hierarchical or pyramid nature of the nature of real power in the World. All national and international power structures have this top-down power structure, be they overt or covert in nature. This particular diagram appears to show HM Queen Elizabeth II as possibly a World Monarch above the council of 13, this may or may not be the true nature of things, who knows? What has been suggested is that by 2014 there will be a World Monarch, or World President and the name in the frame for that position is Prince William. It is suspected that this would be a figurehead role, via the UN, it is unlikely that one person would be calling the shots and setting the global agenda above the council of 13 families. The role, if it does occur, would probably be more like the role currently fulfilled by Herman von Rumpey as EU president – a puppet!

Below the council of 13 on the diagram is shown the so-called committee of 300, which represents approximately the next most powerful and influential individuals and families. The members of this group may change over time, as the success and wealth of some individuals or families may wane over time, for instance if a successful statesman has no sons or heirs. The Onassis and Kennedy (unsurprisingly) families no longer wield the power they did a few decades ago, whereas families like the Gates, Buffets and Bush are becoming more powerful, although because their ancestry is very short they are not council of 13 families. Other contemporary notables are Richard Branson, Henry Kissinger, Bono (U2), Tony Blair, Bill Clinton, George Soros, Al Gore, Silviano Berlusconi and Zbignew Brezinski.

Members of the (nominal) Committee of 300 also occupy important and high posts in government and as heads of multinational corporations, as well as organisations such as US Federal Reserve (Ben Bernanke, Alan Greenspan), Bank of England (Mervyn King), QANGO’s as well as being members of CFR, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg group, Chatham House, Tavistock Institute, Club of Rome, UN and EU departments etc. These people and possibly Council of 13 members are also quite possibly the very highest ranking freemasons and of other secret societies.

Committee of 300 members will put into action the instructions issued by the Council of 13 via both the visible and shadow organisations they control. In government they use their influence as ministers, senators, secretaries of state, senior councillors. They get into positions of power in the judiciary, police forces, courts and just about anywhere else you can think of where power and influence can be brought to bear.

The next level down on the power pyramid is the so called think tanks, also known as the round table organisation. Cecil Rhodes (1853-1902) was an English born South African businessman, mining magnate and politician, who was responsible for establishing and perpetuating the idea of the round table organisations. The Round Table Organisations in existence today are the UN, Club of Rome, Bilderberg Group, Council on Foreign Relations (CFR – USA) and Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House – UK).

The Bilderberg group was established in 1954 by Nazi Sympathiser Prince Reinhardt of Netherlands, its first meeting was held at the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, Netherlands. This is a highly secretive group of roughly 140 of the most influential people in the World. Regular attendees include David Rockefeller, Henry Kissinger and Queen Beatrice. Prince Philip and Prince Charles have both been attendee’s. This highly secretive group, for many years attempted to even deny their existence, until the alternative media forced them to admit they existed. They still attempt to meet in secret locations annually around the World, they do not publicise their attendee list, or their agenda and exclude all media. They also operate under Chatham House rules, whereby no minutes or press releases are ever released. Very strict security ensures no-one is allowed to approach the venue of their meetings too closely.

The Trilateral Commission is a private organization, established to foster closer cooperation among the United States, Europe and Japan. It was founded in July 1973 at the initiative of David Rockefeller, who was Chairman of the Council on Foreign Relations at that time. The Trilateral Commission is widely seen as a counterpart to the Council on Foreign Relations.

The process of implementing global governance policy is believed to be as follows. Decisions are made by Bilderberg group and passed to trilateral commission for implementation in the three major regions. These policies are then implemented in the regions by CFR, RIAA, EU and other agencies who instruct governments to adopt these policies.

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is an American non-profit nonpartisan membership organization, publisher, and think-tank specializing in U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. Founded in 1921 and headquartered in New York City, CFR is considered to be the nation’s most influential foreign-policy think tank. The CFR is seen as the US equivalent of the RIAA/Chatham House in the UK with similar aims and ambitions. Its members list tends to include all incumbents in the US administration as well as many from previous administrations.

Chatham House, formally known as The Royal Institute of International Affairs, is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) based in London whose mission is to analyse and promote the understanding of major international issues and current affairs. It is regarded as one of the world’s leading organizations in this area. As a round table organisation, the aims of RIAA are suspect, when important and influential people meet together in private, people will wonder about the agenda of such meetings. One belief is that the RIAA is the body in the UK responsible for carrying out the decisions of the Bilderberg group (via trilateral commission), by bringing pressure to bear on the government.

The Club of Rome is a global think tank that deals with a variety of international political issues. It was founded in April 1968 and raised considerable public attention in 1972 with its report The Limits to Growth. The club states that its mission is “to act as a global catalyst for change through the identification and analysis of the crucial problems facing humanity and the communication of such problems to the most important public and private decision makers as well as to the general public.” Since 1st July 2008, the organization has its headquarters in Winterthur, Switzerland. The
Club’s principle areas of concern are the Environmental Movement and Eugenics.

The United Nations (UN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. The UN was founded in 1945 after World War II to replace the League of Nations, to stop wars between countries, and to provide a platform for dialogue. It contains multiple subsidiary organizations to carry out its missions.

There are currently 192 member states, including nearly every sovereign state in the world. From its offices around the world, the UN and its specialized agencies decide on substantive and administrative issues in regular meetings held throughout the year. The organization has six principal organs: the General Assembly (the main deliberative assembly); the Security Council (for deciding certain resolutions for peace and security); the Economic and Social Council (for assisting in promoting international economic and social cooperation and development); the Secretariat (for providing studies, information, and facilities needed by the UN); the International Court of Justice (the primary judicial organ); and the United Nations Trusteeship Council (which is currently inactive). Other prominent UN System agencies include the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Food Programme (WFP), World Trade Organisation (WTO), World Bank (WB), International Monetary Fund (IMF), Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) and many others including UNESCO and UNICEF.

Next in the pyramid of control are the World Financial Control organisations including The Bank of International Settlements (BIS), Central Banks (US Federal Reserve, Bank of England), International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank and Revenue and Taxation organisations (IRS in US, HMRC in UK).

Next in the pyramid of control are the World Resource Control organisations which are mainly multinational corporations controlling all sectors including banking, mining, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, communications, computing, manufacturing, supply and delivery, agribusiness, retail and many others. What we are witnessing in all these sectors is a concentration of power and a reduction of competition, corporations are taking over smaller companies and larger companies are merging to the benefit of the corporations and detriment of consumers – less choice and less price competition.

The next level is the area of World Population Control which includes the various agencies that exert control over population either overtly or covertly. Often the people don’t even realise they are being controlled and manipulated. The principle methods of control include:

• Employers

• Lobby groups and pressure groups

• Government (Local and National)

Government agencies include the following:

Will Our U.S. Dictator-in-Chief Abdicate in 2016?

President Obama called 2014 as a “year of action,” and he acknowledged those plans include more executive action…..“ — with Congress, on my own, and with everyone willing to play their part,” Mr. Obama said in his weekly address.  Jan. 10, 2014.

Given the fact that the presstitutes are not only NOT challenging President/Dictator Obama’s latest and greatest declaration of sole authority over all in this country, the press is bending over backwards to praise his latest dictatorial actions, while helping bury civil rights, or what’s left of our rights in this country.

And Congress’ silence on Obama’s sole authority to decide and make law in this country is also complicit by their willful silence reigning in his totalitarian use of power to do what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. And forget about We the People.

EUGENICS:  The “Applied Science

or the bio-social movement which advocates the use of practices aimed at improving the genetic composition of a population“, usually referring to the manipulation of human populations.

Eugenics History

Eugenicists craved blond, blue-eyed Nordic types. This group alone, they believed, was fit to inherit the Earth. In the process, the movement intended to subtract emancipated Negroes, immigrant Asian laborers, Indians, Hispanics, East Europeans, Jews, dark- haired hill folk, poor people, the infirm and anyone classified outside the gentrified genetic lines drawn up by American raceologists.

How? By identifying so-called defective family trees and subjecting them to lifelong segregation and sterilization programs to kill their bloodlines. The grand plan was to literally wipe away the reproductive capability of those deemed weak and inferior — the so-called unfit. The eugenicists hoped to neutralize the viability of 10 percent of the population at a sweep, until none were left except themselves.

Eighteen solutions were explored in a Carnegie-supported 1911 “Preliminary Report of the Committee of the Eugenic Section of the American Breeder’s Association to Study and to Report on the Best Practical Means for Cutting Off the Defective Germ-Plasm in the Human Population.” Point No. 8 was euthanasia.

Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote, “It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind . . . Three generations of imbeciles are enough.” This decision opened the floodgates for thousands to be coercively sterilized or otherwise persecuted as subhuman. Years later, the Nazis at the Nuremberg trials quoted Holmes’ words in their own defense.

Only after eugenics became entrenched in the United States was the campaign transplanted into Germany, in no small measure through the efforts of California eugenicists, who published booklets idealizing sterilization and circulated them to German officials and scientists.

Hitler studied American eugenics laws. He tried to legitimize his anti- Semitism by medicalizing it, and wrapping it in the more palatable pseudoscientific facade of eugenics. Hitler was able to recruit more followers among reasonable Germans by claiming that science was on his side. Hitler’s race hatred sprung from his own mind, but the intellectual outlines of the eugenics Hitler adopted in 1924 were made in America.

During the ’20s, Carnegie Institution eugenic scientists cultivated deep personal and professional relationships with Germany’s fascist eugenicists. In “Mein Kampf,” published in 1924, Hitler quoted American eugenic ideology and openly displayed a thorough knowledge of American eugenics. “There is today one state,” wrote Hitler, “in which at least weak beginnings toward a better conception (of immigration) are noticeable. Of course, it is not our model German Republic, but the United States.”

During the Reich’s early years, eugenicists across America welcomed Hitler’s plans as the logical fulfillment of their own decades of research and effort. California eugenicists republished Nazi propaganda for American consumption. They also arranged for Nazi scientific exhibits, such as an August 1934 display at the L.A. County Museum, for the annual meeting of the American Public Health Association.

In 1934, as Germany’s sterilizations were accelerating beyond 5,000 per month, the California eugenics leader C. M. Goethe, upon returning from Germany, ebulliently bragged to a colleague, “You will be interested to know that your work has played a powerful part in shaping the opinions of the group of intellectuals who are behind Hitler in this epoch-making program. Everywhere I sensed that their opinions have been tremendously stimulated by American thought . . . I want you, my dear friend, to carry this thought with you for the rest of your life, that you have really jolted into action a great government of 60 million people.”

After the war, eugenics was declared a crime against humanity — an act of genocide. Germans were tried and they cited the California statutes in their defense — to no avail. They were found guilty.

Human genetics became an enlightened endeavor in the late 20th century. Hard-working, devoted scientists finally cracked the human code through the Human Genome Project. Now, every individual can be biologically identified and classified by trait and ancestry. Rockefeller /California Partnership With/Funding for the Nazi Eugenic Program

(History must be reinterpreted and rewritten as these very ugly truths continue to be revealed and understood as to their meaning. This was an excellent article of disclosure written in the SF Chronicle back in 2003 that should/must be read in its entirety to understand how deep the connection runs between our actions and what atrocities happened during WWII)

The Rockefeller Foundation helped found the German eugenics program and even funded the program that Josef Mengele worked in before he went to Auschwitz.

Much of the spiritual guidance and political agitation for the American eugenics movement came from California’s quasi-autonomous eugenic societies, such as Pasadena’s Human Betterment Foundation and the California branch of the American Eugenics Society, which coordinated much of their activity with the Eugenics Research Society in Long Island. These organizations — which functioned as part of a closely-knit network — published racist eugenic newsletters and pseudoscientific journals, such as Eugenical News and Eugenics,and propagandized for the Nazis.

Hitler and his henchmen victimized an entire continent and exterminated millions in his quest for a so-called Master Race. But the concept of a white, blond-haired, blue-eyed master Nordic race didn’t originate with Hitler.

The idea was created in the United States, and cultivated in California, decades before Hitler came to power. California eugenicists played an important, although little-known, role in the American eugenics movement’s campaign for ethnic cleansing.

Eugenics was the pseudoscience aimed at “improving” the human race. In its extreme, racist form, this meant wiping away all human beings deemed “unfit,” preserving only those who conformed to a Nordic stereotype. Elements of the philosophy were enshrined as national policy by forced sterilization and segregation laws, as well as marriage restrictions, enacted in 27 states.

In 1909, California became the third state to adopt such laws. Ultimately, eugenics practitioners coercively sterilized some 60,000 Americans, barred the marriage of thousands, forcibly segregated thousands in “colonies,” and persecuted untold numbers in ways we are just learning. Before World War II, nearly half of coercive sterilizations were done in California, and even after the war, the state accounted for a third of all such surgeries.

California was considered an epicenter of the American eugenics movement. During the 20th century’s first decades, California’s eugenicists included potent but little-known race scientists, such as Army venereal disease specialist Dr. Paul Popenoe, citrus magnate Paul Gosney, Sacramento banker Charles Goethe, as well as members of the California state Board of Charities and Corrections and the University of California Board of Regents.

Eugenics would have been so much bizarre parlor talk had it not been for extensive financing by corporate philanthropies, specifically the Carnegie Institution, the Rockefeller Foundation and the Harriman railroad fortune. They were all in league with some of America’s most respected scientists from such prestigious universities as Stanford, Yale, Harvard and Princeton. These academicians espoused race theory and race science, and then faked and twisted data to serve eugenics’ racist aims.

Stanford President David Starr Jordan originated the notion of “race and blood” in his 1902 racial epistle “Blood of a Nation,” in which the university scholar declared that human qualities and conditions such as talent and poverty were passed through the blood.

In 1904, the Carnegie Institution established a laboratory complex at Cold Spring Harbor on Long Island that stockpiled millions of index cards on ordinary Americans, as researchers carefully plotted the removal of families, bloodlines and whole peoples. From Cold Spring Harbor, eugenics advocates agitated in the legislatures of America, as well as the nation’s social service agencies and associations.

The Harriman railroad fortune paid local charities, such as the New York Bureau of Industries and Immigration, to seek out Jewish, Italian and other immigrants in New York and other crowded cities and subject them to deportation, confinement or forced sterilization   .,,,………..  Continue reading The Agenda and You ~ Part I; The Dark History of Eugenics →
