“Once the soul awakens, the search begins and you can never go back. From then on, you are inflamed with a special longing that will never again let you linger in the lowlands of complacency and partial fulfillment.
The eternal makes you urgent. You are loath to let compromise or the threat of danger hold you back from striving toward the summit of fulfillment.” – John O’Donohue
Jutting from the lush green rain forests of the Amazon jungle there looms a majestic peak that looks like something out of a fantasy or science fiction movie. This enigmatic mountain soars up from the jungle towards the sky, where its unusual flat summit remains almost perpetually wreathed in clouds, fog, mist, and mystery. This is the little explored Mount Roirama, long the source of myths and legends of the indigenous people of the area and a lost world home to a plethora of unique species that exist here in the clouds and nowhere else on earth. It is a breathtakingly beautiful place that is one of the oldest geological formations in the world and possesses natural wonders in abundance, as well as a wholly unique ecosystem.
We pay, citizens get hooked on heroin, government calls for more money for War on Drugs and Black Ops like Geo-engineering gets funded….that’s how it works.
Opium poppy cultivation levels in Afghanistan are at a record high, though the U.S. government has spent over $7 billion to stop it, a federal watchdog states in a new report.
In a letter to Secretary of State John Kerry, Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, Attorney General Eric Holder and US AID head Rajiv Shah, Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) John F. Sopko writes: “Despite spending over $7 billion to combat opium poppy cultivation and to develop the Afghan government’s counternarcotics capacity, opium poppy cultivation levels in Afghanistan hit an all-time high in 2013.”
“As of June 30, 2014, the United States has spent approximately $7.6 billion on counternarcotics efforts in Afghanistan,” the letter states.

Another member of the secretive SEAL Team 6, which executed the bin Laden raid, told CNN the story of the Shooter as presented in Esquire is false. According to this serving SEAL Team 6 operator, the story is “complete BS.”
Twenty-three SEALs and their interpreter launched the assault on the bin Laden compound just after midnight on the morning of May 2, 2011. They shot and killed bin Laden’s two bodyguards, one of bin Laden’s sons and the wife of one of the bodyguards. They also wounded two other women.
This is a phony “controversy” to try to cement the official story of what happened on May 2, 2011, to take the focus away from whether that really was Bin Laden who was killed in that house (there is ample evidence that the real Bin Laden actually died of natural causes in December 2001). Proof that this is all a hoax can be seen in the photograph CNN has used to illustrate the story. Supposedly of the White House staff watching the raid that got Bin Laden, note that none of the laptops on the table are actually turned on.
Also note that CNN has no closed comments on this story.
As promised from Harry Reid who warned that this is not over, and that “something will happen”, well it appears that it is happening.
The federal government is mounting retaliations against the Bundy family and the Southern Nevada people with an official notice recently released by the Federal Registry, declaring that nearly 3 million acres of land in southern Nevada will be declared “ACEC” (read below) and placed off limits to nearly all human activity…

Before the Ping May, a rusty cargo vessel, could disembark from the port of Santa Marta en route to the Netherlands in late August, Colombian inspectors boarded the boat and made a discovery. Hidden in the ship’s chain locker, amidst its load of coal bound for Europe, were approximately 40 kilograms, or about ninety pounds, of cocaine. A Colombian Coast Guard official told The Nation that there is an ongoing investigation. The seizure of the narcotics shipment in the Caribbean port occurred far away from Kentucky, the state in which Senator Mitch McConnell is now facing a career-defining election. But the Republican Senate minority leader has the closest of ties to the owner of the Ping May, the vessel containing the illicit materials: the Foremost Maritime Corporation, a firm founded and owned by McConnell’s in-laws, the Chao family.

End of the Alt. News Aggregators and Reality News Presneters???
Desperate nations do desperate things. Spain’s government, with suffocating debt and a weak economy, has been working hard to squeeze more taxes out of their society. Few thought it could get more ridiculous than their attempt to tax the sun
last year. But it has…
The Spanish government recently passed an intellectual property law that will impose taxes on websites and blogs that “post a snippet of and/or link to” copyrighted material.
This includes taxing Google whose entire platform is based on linking to outside content. As such, the legislation is officially called the “Google Tax”, but it will tax any website that links to Spanish media stories.
According to The Guardian :
The Spanish government has successfully passed a new copyright law which imposes fees for online content aggregators such as Google News, in an effort to protect its print media industry.
