“Consciousness is a word worn smooth by a million tongues. Depending upon the figure of speech chosen it is a state of being, a substance, a process, a place, an epiphenomenon, an emergent aspect of matter, or the only true reality.” -George Miller

What is universal consciousness? Well, before we attempt to define it, we must acknowledge that any description of universal consciousness is merely a description of it, and is not actually it. As it is with defining a banana, we understand that the description is not an actual banana. The description is only a signpost pointing to the banana. Defining universal consciousness, like describing a banana, provides only an interpretation of how we perceive, feel, or know it through our personal experience. Similarly, an attempt to describe the science of banana or of universal consciousness, or the structural elements that give them both form and substance, still would not be banana or universal consciousness. Universal consciousness is the wisdom above and beyond the banana, the banana itself, and everything that is experienced in relation to the banana. Universal consciousness is also everything else that exists, has ever existed, and may ever exist.

Universal consciousness is the mechanism for everything and is—everything.

However, the consciousness I am referring to, universal consciousness, is impersonal in nature and spans far beyond individual awareness, space-time, and beyond anything we may think we know definitively. I am referring to universal consciousness as the all. In its entirety, it is void of perspective and identity because it includes all vantage points as part of itself. Anything we say consciousness is will merely be a description or a signpost for what it actually is. Defining an individual’s perspective of consciousness does not define consciousness, either. It only describes a perspective of consciousness. In this article I am utilizing particular language and definitions for consciousness in an attempt to invite everyone to the same page. Nonetheless, this does not mean that everyone must have the same perspective about something with an inherent nature that is undifferentiated and limitless. Any and all definitions serve as a single point of reference called perspective, even if that perspective proclaims that there are infinite points of pointlessness to what is being defined.

It is not important that we are all on the same page with respect to consciousness, or to any perspective offered here. Truth is ultimately a deeply personal experience, and this article is not about consensual truth. This article is about understanding your own truth for yourself regarding the nature of your own reality as a limitless being.

The State: Its Origins and Purpose

In the several million years that human beings and their ancestral evolutionary prototypes have been in existence, the Homo genus functioned socially within the context of stateless nomadic bands of hunters and gatherers. Indeed, at the time of the American and French revolutions of the late eighteenth century, the model of the hunter-gatherer remained the most prevalent form of social organization throughout most of the then-contemporary world. Statelessness continued in many post-hunter-gatherer societies even as larger and more complex forms of tribal organization emerged with pastoralism and horticulture and then agriculture replacing the hunter-gatherer model as the dominant mode of production. It has only been since the advent of the industrial revolution that the hunter-gatherer form of social organization has lost its dominance. Further, it was not until the apex of the era of colonialism in the late nineteenth century that the world came to be fully dominated by states. It is astounding to contemplate that the species of Homo has lived under the rule of states for much less than one percent of its history.1

The earliest states emerged concurrent to advancements in agriculture and literacy. The former made possible the development of a leisure class whose existence rose above the ordinary level of subsistence production and the latter allowed for the greater centralization of information. The evolution of these two social phenomena created the possibility for the ever greater centralization of power. The state had its beginnings in the civilizations of Mesopotamia, Ancient Egypt, the Indus Valley, China, and Central and South America. These early states came about through conquest and relied upon religious mythology or tradition (such as the belief in the divinity of the emperor) for their legitimacy. 2 In pre-modern societies political rule and ownership were typically synonymous. Land and resources were acquired through conquest, trade, or marriage and those in possession of a particular territory exercised personal political authority.

Carbon Dioxide Levels in Atmosphere Reach Terrifying New Milestone

(and not a single comment by our lackey ‘government’ or media. This is the most serious issue, along with Fukushima and Nukes everywhere, for=ever. The evidence is clear. We are living amongst our own mass extinction levels being reported in real time. We have been warned, we have been judged and now we have been sentenced to our common fates. Speak out, be heard. Our children may very well not have a future, doesn’t that mean something to everyone????)

Every single daily carbon dioxide measurement in April 2014 was above 400 parts per million. That hasn’t happened in nearly a million years, and perhaps much longer. Climate scientists have proven that the rise in human-produced greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide are “extremely likely” to be the dominant cause of global climate change. The likelihood of dangerous impacts—like sea level rise, hotter heat waves, and certain types of extreme weather—increases with each incremental annual rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide.

The data are even more striking when you take the long view. Here’s carbon dioxide concentrations from the dawn of the industrial revolution until this week:

This article on Tesla was printed in The New York Times, December 8, 1915. It is referenced in the Eastlund patent records (#4,686,605) for the HAARP

NEW YORK TIMES – December 8, 1915:

“Nikola Tesla, the inventor, has filed patent applications on the essential parts of a machine the possibilities of which test a layman’s imagination and promise a parallel of Thor’s shooting thunderbolts from the sky to punish those who had angered the gods.

“Suffice it to say that the invention will go through space with a speed of 300 MILES PER SECOND, a manless ship without propelling engine or wings, sent by electricity to any desired point on the globe on its errand of destruction, if destruction its manipulator wishes to effect.”

[that is 18,000 miles per minute which is around our globe in under a minute and a half – or aimed directly through the globe – as most of Testla’s patents were claimed to do – in 27 seconds. beth]

“‘It is not a time,’ said Dr. Tesla yesterday, ‘to go into the details of this thing. It is founded upon a principle that means great things in peace; it can be used for great things in war. But I repeat, this is no time to talk of such things.’

‘It is perfectly practicable to transmit electrical energy without wires and produce destructive effects at a distance. I have already constructed a wireless transmitter which makes this possible, and have described it in my technical publications, among which / refer to my patent number 1,1 19,732 recently granted.

With a transmitter of this kind we are enabled to project electrical energy IN ANY AMOUNT TO ANY DISTANCE [HAARP’s output is a full gigawatt, b] and apply it for innumerable purposes, both in war and peace.

Through the universal adoption of this system, ideal conditions for the maintenance of law and order will be realized, for then the energy necessary to the enforcement of right and justice will be normally productive, yet potential, and in any moment available, for attack and defense.

The power transmitted need not be necessarily destructive, for, if distance is made to depend upon it, its withdrawal or supply will bring about the same results as those now accomplished by force of arms.'” – NEW YORK TIMES December 8, 1915

Could Mushrooms Be The Savior To The World’s Radiation & Petroleum Footprint? Listen To This Remarkable Lecture

(Mr. Staments told me personally that his life has been threatened by the likes of DuPont and Dow Chemicals because he was developing mushrooms that could clean up oil spills and remove house termites using just mushrooms where cost would be minimal, which could greatly effect Big Chemical (Rockefeller’s) bottom lines.)

Here is an eye opening lecture – ‘The Future is Fungi’ from passionate mycologist Paul Stamets who has devoted over 30 years to the study of fungi. His decades of work reveal it to be an incredibly robust and transformational organism. This intelligent, organic technology could be a crucial accomplice in reducing the footprint across our planet.

Stamets details how we are “more closely related to fungi than any other kingdom”. Fungi are our proto-ancestors and were the first organisms on the planet 1.3 billion years ago. The fact that mushrooms have withstood the catastrophic extinction events that wiped other species off the earth is testament to fungi’s resilient nature and essential connection to the biosphere.

Mushrooms yield a vast array of what Stamets calls “mycological solutions”. Some species of mushroom can absorb diesel and petroleum waste leaving behind a fresh, renewed patch of soil that can host new plant life. As if that were not compelling enough, it has also been found that the toxic radiation from nuclear disasters in Chernobyl and Fukishima could be managed with the help of a fungi known as “Hideous Gomphidius” (Gomphidius Glutinosus). This particular species has the capacity to absorb radiation in a way that vastly decontaminates its surroundings, allowing for ecological restoration. As unethical, unsustainable industry is reaching critical levels of destruction, these mind blowing discoveries are imperative in a peak era of environmental decay.

Designed to Fail: GMOs, Chemical Farming and Planned Obsolescence

by Barbara H. Peterson | Farm Wars

One of the most important things to remember when dealing with companies such as Monsanto, Dow, DuPont, etc., is that they are first and foremost chemical manufacturing companies. The genetically engineered seeds (GMO) they produce are designed to increase pesticide usage, not decrease it. Their own pesticides, that is. Sold by companies that are… remember… first and foremost, chemical manufacturing companies, with profit as their sole reason for existence. Feeding the starving world? Marketing strategy, nothing more. These companies exist to sell chemicals, and pesticides are a mainstay.

Planned Obsolescence

Our society is based on unlimited consumption and planned obsolescence. This is by design, and it all started with the light bulb.

Planned Obsolescence Documentary

Did you know that the lifetime of light bulbs once used to last for more than 2500 hours and was reduced on purpose to just 1000 hours? Did you know that nylon stockings once used to be that stable that you could even use them as tow rope for cars and its quality was reduced just to make sure that you will soon need a new one? Did you know that you might have a tiny little chip inside your printer that was just placed there so that your device will break after a predefined number of printed pages thereby assuring that you buy a new one? Did you know that Apple originally did not intend to offer any battery exchange service for their iPods/iPhones/iPads just to enable you to continuously contribute to the growth of this corporation?

TransEvolution: Homo predator, not Homo superior

By Rady Ananda

In TransEvolution: The Coming Age of Human Deconstruction, Daniel Estulin crafts a cogent and frightening scenario for the end of Homo sapiens, as new technologies enable genetic changes, bionic replacements and artificial, nanosized neural connections. We’re not just evolving into a new species, we’re creating a new life form that marries materials science with biology.

It’s exciting and horrifying, and its implications vast.

“Transhumanism fills people’s hopes and minds with dreams of becoming superhuman,” he writes, “but the fact of the matter is that the true goal is the removal of that pesky, human free will itself.” For those that remain, that is. TransEvolution reveals the darkest of depopulation strategies.

The pinnacle chapter focuses entirely on transhuman developments. Here, he highlights the potentials created by the Information Age, such as:

  • Already over 100,000 people have cochlear implants, which have a direct neural connection.
  • One-third of all US military missions will be unmanned by 2015.
  • Cyborg soldiers and bipedal machine avatars will allow remote operation.
  • Stealth bombers undetectable by radar, retina enhancement and self-replicating nanobots already exist.

Author of Deconstructing Wikileaks, The Octopus Deception, andShadow Masters, Estulin is an award-winning investigative journalist who came to global fame with his best-selling book, The True Story of the Bilderberg Group, which was translated into 53 languages.

Stephen Hawking: ‘Transcendence looks at the implications of artificial intelligence – but are we taking AI seriously enough?’

Success in creating AI would be the biggest event in human history.

Artificial-intelligence (AI) research is now progressing rapidly. Recent landmarks such as self-driving cars, a computer winning at Jeopardy! and the digital personal assistants Siri, Google Now and Cortana are merely symptoms of an IT arms race fuelled by unprecedented investments and building on an increasingly mature theoretical foundation. Such achievements will probably pale against what the coming decades will bring.

Unfortunately, it might also be the last, unless we learn how to avoid the risks. In the near term, world militaries are considering autonomous-weapon systems that can choose and eliminate targets; the UN and Human Rights Watch have advocated a treaty banning such weapons. In the medium term, as emphasised by Erik Brynjolfsson and Andrew McAfee in The Second Machine Age, AI may transform our economy to bring both great wealth and great dislocation.

Artificial Intelligence Researchers Want Survival of the Fittest for Robots

Worldwide neuroscience research conducted under Obama’s BRAIN project, as well as similar research sponsored by the European Union exceeds $1 billion combined. The goal is nothing short of decoding the human brain. While there are many embedded initiatives associated with this type of research, the production of artificial intelligence that can rival or even surpass humans is at the forefront. One recent development sought by the European Union is shocking: a cloud network called RoboEarth where robots can do their own research, communicate with one another, and collectively increase their intelligence in a full simulation of human interaction. It has been dubbed a “Wikipedia for robots.” It introduces a type of family learning – essentially the nurture part of the equation where nature can only be mimicked. Once established, some of the autonomous functions that have been implemented will transcend beyond merely self-directed communication, and will enter the sphere of evolutionary intelligence. This drive for embedding evolutionary principles into robotics forms the cornerstone of new research at the University of Wyoming’s Evolving Artificial Intelligence Lab where the stated goal is to introduce the concept of natural selection so that robots will evolve as rivals to their human counterparts.

California Drought IS About to Bring the Big Hammer Down on All CA Water Users

(note that CA gov. has only asked for voluntary cutbacks even though they have known for 3 months there is no water.  They did not declare a Stage I emergency to protect the frackers in the state who would have to cut back as well.)

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — With summer approaching and California’s snowpack measuring a fraction of normal, state officials said Thursday they will likely order farmers and other big water users to limit the amounts they take from rivers.

The State Water Resources Control Board projected the curtailment letters would be sent out later this month for users on 10 different rivers and their watersheds. It would mark the first such directive since 1977.

Water rights holders were first alerted to the possibility of curtailments in January, when the board sent warning notices.

“When the letters do go out, they’re effective immediately,” said Timothy Moran, a spokesman for the board. “The people who are curtailing have seven days to reply.”

The orders will be delivered first to junior water-rights holders — those who obtained their water rights after 1914 and whose ability to take water ranks behind pre-1914 senior rights holders. Senior holders would still be able to take water initially, and would only be ordered to curtail if conditions became even more extreme.

The rare measure of ordering curtailments comes amid the third year of withering drought in California. The orders could affect supply for large water rights holders, including cities such as Sacramento, farms throughout central and northern California, and other businesses.

Why Walmart Is a Threat to Organic Food

It’s wishful thinking. Alarm bells should be ringing now that Walmart is going organic. One Walmart executive explains it will “disrupt” the organic market by reducing inefficiencies and encouraging consolidation. Lower prices for consumers mean fewer organic farmers, declining farm incomes and agricultural wages, and remaining farmers will be forced to industrialize further to produce more goods at lower prices.

Walmart is so powerful it’s been termed a “monosopy,” meaning it can set prices for vendors.

Water Liberty: How Innovation Trumps Privatization

The World Bank joins Nestlé in wanting to privatize water, deeming it “extremist” to suggest that those born on this planet have a natural right to clean, potable water. Meanwhile, RT’s Abby Martin reports that the watchdog group Corporate Accountability International recently released a new analysis showing that:

Investing in private water does not extend access and is also counterproductive for economic development. By contrast, infrastructure investment, abandoned by the corporate sector, is where real benefit can be achieved: the World Health Organization estimates more than $10 of economic benefit from every $1 invested in water infrastructure systems.

Also commenting on the World Bank’s push for water privatization, Al Jazeera reports:

Its project database for private participation in infrastructure documents a 34 percent failure rate for all private water and sewerage contracts entered into between 2000 and 2010, compared with a failure rate of just 6 percent for energy, 3 percent for telecommunications and 7 percent for transportation, during the same period.

Whether public or private, water supplies are dwindling. In one shocking report from 2012, the US Defense Intelligence Agency’s Community Assessment of Global Water Security states that the global need for water will exceed the supply by 40% in the next 25 years.

“This means for every 3 people on this planet, there will only be enough water for 2 people,” says Kacper (like the ghost) Postawski. Right now, the three main sources of water in the US are rapidly running dry:

Two Days After Swearing Market Isn’t Rigged, SEC Slaps NYSE Wrists For Rigging Markets

It is somewhat ironic, actually make that criminal, that two days after new SEC head Mary Jo White (whose conflict of interest list is so vast courtesy of her prior position as defending every Wall Street from their criminal acts she now has to recuse herself from virtually every enforcement action) solemnly promised Congress under oath that the “markets are not rigged“, the SEC comes out swinging and slaps the wrist of the NYSE with an intolerable $4.5 million fine for allowing market rigging “for a period of time from 2008 to 2012.”

From the SEC complaint:

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced an enforcement action against the New York Stock Exchange and two affiliated exchanges for their failure to comply with the responsibilities of self-regulatory organizations (SROs) to conduct their business operations in accordance with Commission-approved exchange rules and the federal securities laws.  Also charged was the NYSE exchanges’ affiliated routing broker Archipelago Securities.

The details:

“The order highlights instances where the exchanges conducted business without a rule in place due to weak or inadequate policies and procedures,” said Antonia Chion, an associate director in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement.  “In other instances, the exchanges did not operate in compliance with their effective rules.  Both failures reflect a troubling lack of compliance with the requirements and obligations imposed on securities exchanges.”

EPA advances approval of powerful weed killer for Dow’s ‘Agent Orange’ GMO crops

Reuters / Doug Wilson / USDA Photo / Handout

The US Environmental Protection Agency has revealed a proposal for mass use of Dow Chemical’s herbicide 2,4-D on the company’s genetically-engineered corn and soybeans. The GE crops were developed to withstand several herbicides, including 2,4-D.

Dow would be allowed to sell the herbicide if the EPA approves it following a 30-day public comment period.

The 2,4-D chemical, combined with glyphosate, makes up the herbicide Enlist Duo. 2,4-D also makes up half of the toxic mix in the now infamous ‘Agent Orange,’ used by the United States during the Vietnam War, which is thought to have resulted in the deaths of an estimated 400,000 people and birth defects in 500,000 others.

Dow’s genetically-engineered corn and soybeans – known as Enlist – have received preliminary approval from the US Department of Agriculture. Should Enlist crops win ultimate authorization, the USDA said that would increase the annual use of 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) in the United States from 26 million pounds per year to possibly 176 million pounds.

Are Monsanto and Biotech Using Hawaiian Island as Petri Dish?

If you hear Monsanto tell the story of genetically modified crops, you’ll be told that they are the answer to world hunger, pest problems, and are completely safe. But ask the people who live where Monsanto has grown and tested their crops and you’ll hear another story. It happened in India and Argentina, and some say it’s now happening on the Hawaiian island of Molokai.

Only around 5,500 people live on Molokai, but biotech giant Monsanto leases some 1850 acres of land there to grow their Bt corn. Bt corn is a genetically modified corn made to ward off insects with pesticides inside the seeds. Evidence suggests, however, insects aren’t the only ones in danger.

Not only are Bt toxins showing up in our blood and urine, but a new study indicates they are capable of killing human embryo cells. Tell that to Monsanto or the government regulatory agencies that allow the GMO seeds to grow.
