Photo of a newly discovered planet in a binary, or twin, star system located 3,000 light-years from Earth.

Astronomers have discovered more than 1,000 planets orbiting nearby stars in recent decades, but few orbiting double stars. The newly discovered planet follows an Earthlike orbit, but its dim star doesn’t provide it with enough warmth to support life. (Related: “Goldilocks Worlds: Just Right for Life?”)

Nevertheless, astronomers suggest that finding such a planet in a stable orbit within a double star system is good news. Since binary stars are very common, the discovery expands the number of places where they might look for habitable worlds in the future.

Could our sun be part of a binary system?

Did you know astronomy scientists believe most visible star systems are binary?  I didn’t.  But I have noticed lately a lot of articles referring to binary systems.  Couple this with the announcement that NASA’s Kepler Telescope has shown that most star systems probably have planets, and the argument can be made that we are witnessing a sort of “soft disclosure” of a reality already known by the elite of our planet.
During my research today for this very post, I discovered that scientists announced just this year that the aforementioned Mizar is in fact not just a binary system – it actually contains six stars!

Another interesting and related phenomenon over the past couple years has been the Second Sun meme on YouTube.  Many videos, purportedly from all sorts of different people from all over the planet, show a second bright object in our sky.  Sometimes it is visible with the naked eye, but many times it can only be seen through a filter.  Most of these videos do not appear to be fake.  I’m not sure how they could be.  Now, I haven’t personally seen a second bright object in the sky – and I’ve looked.  I’ve tried to block the sun with two pairs of sunglasses.  On days when the cloud cover is just thick enough to make the solar disc viewable without hurting the eye I’ve noted that it seems to be all alone.  But there are still so many videos that the phenomenon still seems possible, if not probable.  Let’s say for the sake of argument that the videos are fake.  To what end, and by whom?  One explanation might be that someone very powerful had the videos created in order to gently ease the collective of humanity into the notion of a second sun.

Of course, they likely aren’t fake.  I don’t say that simply because the videos would be extremely difficult to fake.  I say it because of the image posted just above.  It was provided by my very own facebook friend Cameron Wright in Queensland, Australia.  He took the photo himself, just last night!  Unless the sky itself has somehow been faked for people to record via photographs and videos, there is a genuine phenomenon occurring – and as recently as the past 24 hours!

The Truth About Our Common Language: Phonics, Phonetics, Etymology, designed to confuse, obfuscate and hide intentions to indenture, bind and enslave

(Why do we call it Sunrise and Sunset when we are spinning around the Sun?  Why do we park on a driveway and drive on a parkway. Why does a ball hit the foul ball pole in baseball but is considered a fair ball? What is a freezer burn?)

We’re going to cover word spells. How post-Mesopotamian language has had us under the Ol’ Abra-Cadaver trick…. the oldest control trick. Thou hast fallen for the eldest trick in the scroll!

How do I even begin? Is it by telling you about how we’ve unwittingly been CAST into the MOLD of ancient SPELLS of our modern SPELLING? CAST just like a MOLD, or perhaps like a NET? while caught, like fish, in the net of spells and spelling that have been cast, thus SENTENCING us to LIFE SENTENCES and the CURSES of CURSIVE which are just TERMS, just like serving a PRISON TERM.

So we’ve been SENTENCED to the WARDS of these WORDS which can be deadly as SWORDS if misunderstood or perhaps you missed the understanding of my TERMS or the SYBILS of my SYLLABLES, or even the ancient RITES of writing??

We Languish in our languid Language, in anguish ever since the ancient times of the Anglish angus and the PhonY Phonetic Phonics of the ancient Phoenician Phoenix. You think English is easy?

Sometimes I think English should be committed to an asylum for the verbally insane. In what language do people recite at a play and play at a recital? Ship by truck and send cargo by ship? Have noses that run and feet that smell?

How can a slim chance and a fat chance be the same, while a wise man and a wise guy are opposites? You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language in which your house can burn up as it burns down, in which you fill in a form by filling it out and in which, an alarm goes off by going on.

English was created from the ancient Phonic Phonetics of the Phony Phoenician Phoenixes, and it reflects the creativity and cunning genius of the human race, which, of course, is not a race at all, unless you’re just another rat, caught in the daily maze of the rat race of this human race against one another.

We draw money from our banks which are the edges of a river, which FLOWS in CURRENTS to the SEA, which is why its called CURRENCY, because our CASH FLOWS like pyroclastic ASH FLOWS toward the SEA, which is why we can trace back the ROOTS of all modern TRADE to the ancient Phoenician TRADE ROUTES,

And why our mundane weekdays seem to keep us in a perpetually WEAK DAZE, until we are so WEAKENED, that we barely make it to the WEEKEND. so each day, we routinely AWAKE in the MORNING, or is the Monday morning ritual conversely conversing a MOURNING at A WAKE for the dead?

And thus, the Bible speaks that the dead shall walk the earth, so it appears that they already are, without even knowing it, just by the strange language of which they know not the TRUE origins and what their words mean in etymology.
And the SIGNIFICANCE of the SIGNS and sins in SIGNIFICATION of their SIGNATURES on dead legal fictions like IDs and bills.

Because our citizenship begins when we board the citizen SHIP, which sails the high seas carrying SEAMEN and it all begins when the male SHIP docks in its female SLOT or SLIP, also known as its BERTH, and unloads its CARGO or SEMEN, which sail up the WATERS of the CANAL.

So she gets pregnant and now carries the precious CARGO and will now give BIRTH to the new citizen that must now register to board the citizen SHIP and repeat the cycle all over again, until the citizens catch on to the ancient spells of the PHONY PHONETIC PHOENICIANS’ tools of commerce and piracy of the high seas and the human commodity through the use of their made up languid language, which gives us our modern English.

Republic is mentioned four times in the U.S. Constitution.  Democracy NADA!  Why anyone believes that a majority of sheep know best is way beyond my pay grade to comprehend.

The United States of America was set up as a REPUBLIC not a Democracy!  The powers-that-should-not-be just found it much easier to mob rule than to get the consent to be governed by each and every one of us!

In 1954, in response to the Communist threat of the times, President Eisenhower encouraged Congress to add the words “under God,” creating the 31-word pledge we say today. Bellamy’s daughter objected to this alteration. Today it reads:

“I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”

Section 4 of the Flag Code states:

The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: “I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.”, should be rendered by standing at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. When not in uniform men should remove any non-religious headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart. Persons in uniform should remain silent, face the flag, and render the military salute.”

SUMMARY
In the Pledge of Allegiance we all pledge allegiance to our Republic, not to a democracy. “Republic” is the proper description of our government, not “democracy.” I invite you to join me in raising public awareness regarding that distinction.

A republic and a democracy are identical in every aspect except one. In a republic the sovereignty is in each individual person. In a democracy the sovereignty is in the group.

Republic. That form of government in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people, either directly, or through representatives chosen by the people, to whome those powers are specially delegated. [NOTE: The word “people” may be either plural or singular. In a republic the group only has advisory powers; the sovereign individual is free to reject the majority group-think. USA/exception: if 100% of a jury convicts, then the individual loses sovereignty and is subject to group-think as in a democracy.]

Democracy. That form of government in which the sovereign power resides in and is exercised by the whole body of free citizens directly or indirectly through a system of representation, as distinguished from a monarchy, aristocracy, or oligarchy. [NOTE: In a pure democracy, 51% beats 49%. In other words, the minority has no rights. The minority only has those privileges granted by the dictatorship of the majority.]

Constitution Free Zones and A Breakaway Standing Army

The concept that the Constitution does not apply at America’s borders is not new, particularly in relation to Fourth Amendment protections against search and seizure. (In this context, “seizure” often takes the form of detention, as well as the more traditional concept of taking physical possessions away.) Once upon a time, the idea was that the United States should be able to protect itself by examining people entering the country. Thus, routine border seizures and searches without warrants are constitutionally “reasonable.” Fair enough. The basic rules, in fact, go back to 1789.

But the fairness of the old rules no longer applies, particularly in the face of a constantly metastasizing CBP, anxious to expand its place in the already expansive Homeland Security ecosystem. On its website, CBP boasts of making 1,100 arrests a day as, in its own words, the “guardians” of America. Do the math: that’s 401,500 a year, and those arrests are not limited to dangerous foreigners. Americans who hold certain beliefs and affiliations are swept up as well, whether they are prominent journalistsactivists, or simply (as in today’s piece) angry spouses of men beaten nearly to death by CBP agents. The agency now insists that its jurisdiction does not end at the physical border, the line on the map that separates say the United States from Mexico, but extends 100 miles inland.

The zone first came into existence thanks to a series of laws passed by Congress in the 1940s and 1950s at a time when the Border Patrol was just an afterthought with a miniscule budget and only 1,100 agents. Today, Customs and Border Protection has more than 60,000 employees and is by far the largest federal law enforcement agency in the country.  According to author and constitutional attorney John Whitehead, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), created in 2002, is efficiently and ruthlessly building “a standing army on American soil.”

Long ago, President James Madison warned that “a standing military force, with an overgrown Executive, will not long be safe companions to liberty.” With its 240,000 employees and $61 billion budget, the DHS, Whitehead points out, is militarizing police units, stockpiling ammunition, spying on activists, and building detention centers, among many other things. CBP is the uniformed and most visible component of this “standing army.” It practically has its own air force and navy, an Office of Air and Marine equipped with 280 sea vessels, 250 aircraft, and 1,200 agents.

On the border, never before have there been so many miles of walls and barriers, or such an array of sophisticated cameras capable of operating at night as well as in the daylight.  Motion sensors, radar systems, and cameras mounted on towers, as well as those drones, all feed their information into operational control rooms throughout the borderlands. There, agents can surveil activity over large stretches of territory on sophisticated (and expensive) video walls. This expanding border enforcement regime is now moving into the 100-mile zone.

Such technological capability also involves the warehousing of staggering amounts of personal information in the digital databases that have ushered in the Post-Constitutional Era. “What does all this mean in terms of the Fourth Amendment?” Van Buren asks. “It’s simple: the technological and human factors that constrained the gathering and processing of data in the past are fast disappearing.”

The border, in the post 9/11 years, has also become a place where military manufacturers, eyeing a market in an “unprecedented boom period,” are repurposing their wartime technologies for the Homeland Security mission.  This “bring the battlefield to the border” posture has created an unprecedented enforcement, incarceration, and expulsion machine aimed at the foreign-born (or often simply foreign-looking). The sweep is reminiscent of the operation that forced Japanese (a majority of them citizens) into internment camps during World War II, but on a scale never before seen in this country. With it, unsurprisingly, has come a wave of complaints about physical and verbal abuse by Homeland Security agents, as well as tales of inadequate food and medical attention to undocumented immigrants in short-term detention.

The result is a permanent, low-intensity state of exception that makes the expanding borderlands a ripe place to experiment with tearing apart the Constitution, a place where not just undocumented border-crossers, but millions of borderland residents have become the targets of continual surveillance.  If you don’t see the Border Patrol’s ever-expanding forces in places like New York City (although CBP agents are certainly present at its airports and seaports), you can see them pulling people over these days in plenty of other spots in that Constitution-free zone where they hadn’t previously had a presence.

One individual who lives and vibrates to the energy of pure love and reverence for all of life will counterbalance the negativity of 750,000 individuals who calibrate at the lower weakening levels. ~ Dr. Wayne Dyer

All of Us Want Critical Long Term Change, So While the Old Paradigm is Composting; New Seeds Will Need to Be Planted.

Since their uprising in 1994, the Zapatistas, the master storytellers of Chiapas, Mexico, succeeded in making visible realities that have been made invisible since European settlers first set foot on their lands and marked the beginnings of what became known as “Latin American history.” From the movement’s early days, the Zapatistas appointed a mestizo, a person of mixed Spanish-indigenous blood, as their spokesperson, knowing that the world would be more likely to hear him over other voices because of the access and credibility that his identity gave him. It was a strategic decision. But it was only a means to an end. So, when the time came, true to their poetic form, they unveiled what was to be Subcomandante Insurgente Marcos’ last public appearance. Just like that, their spokesperson of 20 years, the man behind the mask whose eyes have now become famous the world over, was killed off. With his metaphorical death, they revealed all of the storytellers that had made up Marcos’ character. And the space was freed up for indigenous Subcomandante Moises to step into. In this act, the Zapatistas showed that it had never been about one emblematic figure. They had waited 20 years for the world to be ready, all the while radically shifting assumptions and reappropriating their own narrative. To me, they are one of the best living examples of slow, responsible and humble resistance.

NASA Documents reveal the mission of the military and federal agencies to modify the climate

In 1991 the ‘Malthusian’ Club of Rome (a UN advisory think tank) produced a paper called “The First Global Revolution” In the report (p. 104) you will find the following statement:

“In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill…. All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy, then, is humanity itself.”

Again: “it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome.”

Last Fall in Santa Rosa, a 12 yr. old Hispanic boy was playing with a BB gun.  Two local cops came by and withing a matter of seconds had opened fire on the boy, firing 7 shots, hitting him six times and killing him in cold blood.  The DA, of course, refused to press charges claiming the boy was high and the orange marker was off of the toy gun, so the ex-Marine, former Iraq veteran, Officer Gelhaus, took it upon himself to kill the boy. Now the Grand Jury will not investigate either.

Grand jury ‘ill-suited’ to review critical police incidents

The Sonoma County grand jury is ill-suited to act as a civilian review board investigating police handling of critical incidents, say two members of the jury. The panelists cite what they describe as the grand jury’s lack of transparency, diversity and expertise reviewing fatal or otherwise serious incidents involving law enforcement.

“I think this is not the appropriate body for civilian review,” said Cheryl Davey of Santa Rosa, the jury forewoman.  The comments, offered in public forums and in interviews this month, add to an ongoing debate spurred by calls for stronger law enforcement oversight in the wake of the shooting death last fall of 13-year-old Andy Lopez by a Sonoma County Sheriff’s deputy.

They also act as an indirect rebuttal to prior statements by Sheriff Steve Freitas that the grand jury was a capable, independent oversight body for law enforcement. Freitas spoke in the aftermath of the shooting of Lopez in October and in the face of a campaign by critics and activists who have questioned whether the Santa Rosa Police Department, which investigated the shooting, and the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office are capable of objectively determining whether the boy’s death was justified or a criminal act.

The grand jury, which has subpoena powers, provides a review by “people totally independent from law enforcement . . . who are open to criticizing law enforcement in an open and transparent way,” Freitas said at the time. But last week he said he would not dispute the grand jurors’ assessment, adding that he would reserve judgment on an alternative model until the details are spelled out.

Big Corporations Have An OVERWHELMING Amount Of Power Over Our Food Supply

Michael Snyder
Activist Post

From our fields to our forks, huge corporations have an overwhelming amount of power over our food supply every step of the way.  Right now there are more than 313 million people living in the United States, and the job of feeding all of those people is almost entirely in the hands of just a few dozen monolithic companies.

If you do not like how our food is produced or you don’t believe that it is healthy enough, it isn’t very hard to figure out who is to blame.  These mammoth corporations are not in business to look out for the best interests of the American people. Rather, the purpose of these corporations is to maximize wealth for their shareholders. So the American people end up eating billions of pounds of extremely unhealthy food that is loaded with chemicals and additives each year, and we just keep getting sicker and sicker as a society.  But these big corporations are raking in big profits, so they don’t really care.

If we did actually have a capitalist system in this country, we would have a high level of competition in the food industry.  But instead, the U.S. food industry has become increasingly concentrated with each passing year.  Just consider the following numbers about the U.S. agricultural sector…

A thick layer of smoke blankets large parts of North America, as also illustrated by the animation below based on images from July 15 to 18, 2014, from Wunderground.com.

The are also extensive wildfires throughout the boreal forest and tundra zones of Central Siberia in Russia.

Such wildfires can send huge amounts of carbon dioxide, methane, soot, dust and volatile organic compounds into the atmosphere. Much of this gets deposited at higher latitudes, discoloring land, snow and ice, and thus speeding up warming by absorbing more sunlight that was previously reflected back into space.  Soils at higher latitudes can contain huge amounts of carbon in the form of peat, as described in the earlier post The Threat of Wildfires in the North.

The Boston Dynamics ‘L3’ Robot Has Joined the US Marines

(From our friends at Do All Evil Google)

It’s finally happened. Google has acquired Boston Dynamics, teaming up with some of the greatest minds in advanced robotics and engineering, cementing the inevitable coming of a robot uprising.

You’ll know Boston Dynamics from their Big Dog, Little Dog, or WildCat quadrupeds, which can traverse awkward terrain with ease and move in an unsettlingly natural way, and you’ll know Google from, well, everything (and Google certainly knows all about you).

What you might not know is that Google is actually getting pretty serious about this robot stuff. Earlier this year the search giant hired Ray Kurzweil—futurist and artificial intelligence expert—to be their new head of engineering. All the while Andy Rubin, former Android CEO, has been quietly buying out other robotics companies for Google in the background, with the New York Times unearthing seven in total

The double star/second sun thing is intriguing, but there could be a more mundane explanation in the “sundog” phenomenon, which is already well known and established. For all I know, Nibiru could be here tomorrow. So far, no show. Personally, I feel certain our galaxy is teeming with various forms of humanity. On this planet, we’ve had our collective heads up our butts so long everything seems dark, although that may finally be changing. Meanwhile, as far as lights in the sky go, there is this possibility to consider –
