Future-predicting neurons discovered in the brain

Neither monkey could see the other’s face, or receive any clues about their planned reaction.

Once both had made their selections, they could see what the other monkey had chosen and hear the amount of juice their companion was enjoying. The monkeys played the game several thousand times. Like humans, they were more likely to cooperate if their opponent had recently cooperated in a previous trial.

During the experiment, the team recorded brain activity from single cells in the monkeys’ anterior cingulate – an area thought to play a role in decision-making. They discovered that the activity of a specific set of neurons was associated with the monkey’s own decision in each game.

But anticipating your opponent’s action, on the basis of previous behaviour, is the key to receiving the greatest reward in the prisoner’s dilemma. Haroush and Williams found another set of neurons within the same area that were responsible for predicting what the monkeys’ opponent was intending on doing – before they did it.

In fact, when the team looked back at the results, in 79 per cent of trials, the activity of the neurons in one monkey predicted the subsequent move of the other monkey.

Project Soul Catcher; The Matrix Deciphered

Call me The Saint. I am the all American – prep school, Harvard College graduating with honors in computer science and a minor in premedical studies, and advanced degrees from Harvard and Dartmouth in business and science. My famous ancestors are President Lincoln, King Duncan of Scotland, and Governor William Bradford, the first governor of Massachusetts.
My research interests have been neural networks, virtual reality, and EEG controlled robotics. Before graduate school I worked for the Department of Defense, Navy, NATO, and various intelligence agencies computer science projects. I have done business consulting and computer consulting for the largest companies in the world. I have been a professor, inventor, artist, and writer.

My apologies to the human race for my contribution to tyranny. I was tricked into thinking it would not be misused by corrupt government especially in my beloved country. I was wrong. The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate has Skip Green on the governing board. One of my old colleagues at a technology think tank in Cambridge partly in charge of the radio frequency weapons testing for neurological disruption now torturing and killing people worldwide.

Two high level FBI agents and a couple CIA agents have come forward to validate the existence of a MKULTRA like project that continues to grab random people for mind control experimentation. Two of these have since become part of the program and endure daily psychotronic tortures. All the torture can be done using directed energy psychotronic weapons with the so called continental ballistic missile surveillance defense grids.

“Remember. All I offer you is the truth.”
– Morpheus, The Matrix

My motivation for writing this book was to help consolidate the technical information about the most advanced, secret military weapons being tested on civilians throughout the world, and to give new test victims a literary reference that they can give to police officers, psychiatrists, and family members so that they can be quickly educated on what is happening them.

When the person is menticized with drugs and electromagnetics, it is extremely difficult for that person to articulate the complex politics and devious cover up being used on them without sounding crazy. After reading this book, the only excuse people of the community have for continuing to disbelieve the victim is their own ignorance and inability to cope with the shame of being American.

I will sound extreme in my writings. It is the intention of the government experiments to be as violent and harsh as possible to victims to make them sound crazy when they describe the events. I thought about toning it down to be more believable, but it wouldn’t have been the truth. This needs to be part of the historical records for future generations to learn the failings of our own. We should have been more vigilant!

A brain-inspired chip to transform mobility and Internet of Things through sensory perception

Infographic: Brain Power (this will go inside your head, fyi)

What is a cognitive chip? The latest SyNAPSE chip, introduced on August 7, 2014, has the potential to transform mobility by spurring innovation around an entirely new class of applications with sensory capabilities at incredibly low power levels. This is enabled by an revolutionary new technology design inspired by the human brain.

IBM built a new chip with a brain-inspired computer architecture powered by an unprecedented 1 million neurons and 256 million synapses. It is the largest chip IBM has ever built at 5.4 billion transistors, and has an on-chip network of 4,096 neurosynaptic cores. Yet, it only consumes 70mW during real-time operation — orders of magnitude less energy than traditional chips. As part of a complete cognitive hardware and software ecosystem, this technology opens new computing frontiers for distributed sensor and supercomputing applications.

Dr. James Van Allen discovered a dangerous (not harmless) belt of radiation that prevented men from going to the Moon….in 1958!!!

Dr. James Van Allen did not get all the scientific awards for discovering a “harmless field of radiation”. The VABelt is deadly, huge (60000 km / 37282 mi), and takes over 1.5 hours to get through at 39000 km/h or 24000 mph. He saved lives of astronauts who would have gone through it. Beyond the VAB astronauts get the full brunt of solar flares (at a high level 1969-1972). This is why the recent Orion rocket is unmanned, and measuring the radiation. Apollo astronauts could not withstand 375 rems per day when the IAEA occupational limit is 5 rems per year.

Our measurements show that the maximum radiation level as of 1958 is equivalent to between 10 and 100 roentgens per hour, depending on the still-undetermined proportion of protons to electrons.  Since a human being exposed for two days to even 10 roentgens would have only an even chance of survival, the radiation belts obviously present an obstacle to space flight.

Unless some practical way can be found to shield space-travelers against the effects of the radiation, manned space rockets can best take off through the radiation-free zone over the poles.  A “space station” must orbit below 400 miles or beyond 30,000 miles from the earth.  We are now planning a satellite flight that will test the efficacy of various methods of shielding. The hazard to space-travelers may not end even when they have passed the terrestrial radiation belts.

According to present knowledge the other planets of our solar system may have magnetic fields comparable to the earth’s and thus may possess radiation belts of their own.  The moon, however, probably has no belt, because its magnetic field appears to be feeble.  Lunar probes should give us more definite information on this point before long.

A typical dental ionizing X-ray for a split second
exposes patients to .15 – 0.5 Roentgens per film.
