For six years, Anastasia Miari has suffered from clinical insomnia triggered by anxiety.

Like many other people, financial worries keep her awake at night. The 27-year-old freelance writer lives in a house-share in east London and pays £750 a month for her room, but is considering moving to cut down on her rent.

“I get bouts of real anxiety but it doesn’t come in the form of panic attacks—it rears its ugly head in my sleep,” Miari told me in a recent interview, adding that she only slept one hour the previous night.

“Basically, it is difficult to know how much money you’re going to earn every month and if your rent is super expensive, you can’t afford to save to buy a house. A place has just become available at a friend’s house and it is £100 cheaper a month than mine, but it’s a box room.”

Our homes are supposed to be safe and welcoming places free from the pressures of everyday life, so it’s no wonder that housing problems have a major impact on our mental wellbeing.

High rents, the threat of eviction, overcrowding, substandard housing and financial pressures brought on by the ‘bedroom tax’ (in which tenants in social housing have their benefits reduced if they have a so-called ‘spare’ room) are all issues which can lead to stress, anxiety and depression, and which have a knock-on effect on all aspects of our lives from work to relationships.

London is Europe’s most expensive city in which to rent according to recent research by the analytics firm ECA International, but prices are rising across the UK, including in Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow. And with increasing rents and stagnating wages comes financial insecurity, which plays havoc with our mental health.

The House of Torlonia launder their criminal profits from their American crime families and Mexican drug cartels in Las Vegas casinos. The word casino is an Italian term derived from the noble families running gambling events out of their casas or houses. The Torlonia family are owners of the Franciscan Order and Juarez is their territory since their Franciscans founded its first European settlement. The Torlonia family are part owners of the Juarez Cartel and their fascist La Linea death squads.

The Boncompagni-Ludovisi family of Rome are also part owners in the mafia’s Texas operations specifically in Austin and the Dallas crime family is still in operation managed by Civella associates and other various crime families. The Boncompagni family own the Bonanno crime family which were allied with the Cerrito crime family and they covertly moved to Austin, Texas.

Bon-Compagni means Good Fellows a term for made men in the mafia. Prince Nicolo Boncompagni of Rome is the head of this princely family and is married to Rita Jenrette of Texas. The Sforza-Cesarini family has married with the Velasco noble family of Spain with Don Guillermo Maria Miguel Fernandez of Velasco and Balfe married to Princess Carolina Sforza-Cesarini. Velasco, Texas is named after a Mexican General and relative of the Velasco family which ruled as Dukes in Spain. Luis de Velasco was the Viceroy of New Spain ruling from Mexico City.

Las Vegas is a Spanish word and means “the meadows.” Vegas was Spanish-Mexican territory before it became part of the United States and was likely named in honor of the Vega family of Spain represented today by Inigo of Arteaga and Martin the XXVIII Lord of the House of La Vega. The Colonna family run politics in Vegas and the Pallavicini family run business.

They enable organized crime. I believe Caesars’ Palace hotel and casino in Vegas is named in honor of the Sforza-Cesarini family. The mafias are involved in most casinos in the United States and use them for money laundering and gambling rackets using fixed bets and rigged slot machines. The Jesuit Xavier University educated James Zenni Jr. is a founder and owner of Z Capital Group which owns Affinity Gaming with casinos in Vegas including Silver Sevens Casino. Chicago boss Sam Giancana was a member of the Havana Conference and federal documents revealed he was an agent for the CIA and involved with their Bay of Pigs Invasion disguised as a plot to overthrow Castro. The Bay of Pigs was really designed as support for Castro during the Cuban Counter Revolution which is why the Castro family are still in power today.

The CIA never intended to overthrow Castro. At the time the CIA was headed up by Allen Dulles who was a suspected Knight of Malta and his nephew Avery Dulles was a Jesuit priest.

The CIA was founded by the OSS Director William Donovan a two time Vatican knight and friend of Allen Dulles. Robert Maheu was a Jesuit Georgetown graduate, Vegas businessman, and agent of the FBI and CIA whose ties with mafia bosses Sam Giancana and Santo Trafficante Jr. involving the Bay of Pigs operation were exposed in the CIA Director Memorandum on mobster Johnny Roselli. The Trafficante crime family owned casinos in Cuba and the CIA wanted to use their connections for infiltration. They likely still own casinos which are used for laundering drug profits.

The Bay of Pigs was really refers to the Spanish-Neopolitan House of Pignatelli which have strong ties with the Vatican and Sicily producing the Jesuit educated Pope Innocent XII.

It was really the Bay of Pignatelli Invasion designed to maintain criminal control over Cuba. Duke Ettore Pignatelli-Caraffa of Monteleone was Ambassador to Naples and his half sister was the Spaniard Joanna of Aragon the Queen of Naples

. There is also a Naples, Florida. Orlando is named for the noble House of Orlandini in Florence. Duke Alvaro of Urzaiz and Azlor of Aragon and Escobar is the Duke of Villahermosa today. The Aragon-Escobar family of Spain were part owners of Pablo Escobar’s Medellin Cartel. The Colonna, Gaetani-D’Aragona, and Aragon-Escobar families made tens of billions off Escobar and still receive dues from their South American drug enterprises. Escobar’s reported wealth of about 50 billion was never accounted for.

Aragon is also important because today Chicago-Florida billionaire businessman Kenneth C. Griffin created and runs Citadel Investment Group which manages around 149 billion in assets and his Jesuit Georgetown ex-wife and former Soros associate Anne Dias-Griffin founded Aragon Global Management based in Chicago.

Prince Bonifacio Gaetani Dell’Aquilla-D’Aragona and Count Gelasio Gaetani Dell’Aquila-D’Aragona are Italian members of the Aragon clan. The heads of the Pignatelli family today are Patricia Pignatelli of Aragon and Ramiro, Countess of Fuentas and Jose Maria Pignatelli of Aragon and Burgos, Duke of Monteleon.

They work with the Triads and Yakuza which have deep influences at the ports and are involved with human trafficking of Asians into the United States on the West Coast. APL Limited is a large Singapore based shipping and container company which runs ports in Los Angeles, Oakland, Seattle, and Dutch Harbor. Yakuza and Triads operate through these ports and traffic Asians into the United States which are used for underground sex trafficking rings.

Bill Gates who is worth about 88 billion and Jeff Bezos who is worth about 100 billion both have residences in Seattle and they run Microsoft and Amazon. Recently both Amazon and Microsoft employees were caught through their work emails involved in sex trafficking in the Seattle region. What Bezos and Gates do is use their massive wealth to pay off corrupt police, businessmen, and politicians which then enable human trafficking and sex trafficking networks. Bill Gates criminally finances corruption in the California area and Jeff Bezos finances corruption in the Washington and Oregon regions. Frank Colacurcio Jr. is the head of the Seattle crime family and oversees the human trafficking and sex slavery on the West Coast.

“This is an oil spill of a type we haven’t seen before,” said Paul Johnston, a scientist at Greenpeace Research Laboratories at the University of Exeter in England. “Working out the impact is actually a huge task — probably next to impossible.”

ZHOUSHAN, China — A fiery collision that sank an Iranian tanker in the East China Sea a month ago has resulted in an environmental threat that experts say is unlike any before: An almost invisible type of petroleum has begun to contaminate some of the most important fishing grounds in Asia, from China to Japan and beyond. 

What could be the largest oil spill since 1989’s Exxon Valdez is unfolding in the East China Sea after a deadly and fiery collision between two vessels caused a tanker to sink.

The spill began on the evening of Jan. 6, when the Sanchi, a Panamanian-flagged, Iranian-owned tanker, collided with a cargo ship in waters roughly 160 nautical miles east of Shanghai. The Sanchi exploded and burned for more than a week before sinking.

All 32 crew members are thought to have died aboard the Iranian vessel “Sanchi,” which was carrying about 1 million barrels of condensate.

According to Bloomberg News, the ship was transporting hydrocarbon liquid that’s a key ingredient for making petrochemicals, including jet fuel. It was headed to the port of Daesan, South Korea when it struck the transport ship “CF Crystal” off China’s eastern coast.

 It is the largest oil spill in decades, but the disaster has unfolded outside the glare of international attention that big spills have previously attracted. That is because of its remote location on the high seas and also the type of petroleum involved: condensate, a toxic, liquid byproduct of natural gas production.

Natural gas condensate (sweet) may contain variable amounts of benzene and in-hexane. Long-term exposure to these materials has been shown to lead to systemic toxicity such as leukemia and eripheral neurotoxicity.

The cargo is different than the crude oil spilled by the Exxon Valdez in 1989, but if all the condensate were to leak into the ocean, it would rank as the biggest spill in decades. Experts say there has never been so large a spill of condensate; up to 111,000 metric tons has poured into the ocean. 

There’s no visible slick that can be pumped out. Experts said the only real solution is to let it evaporate or dissolve.

The area produced five million tons of seafood of up to four dozen species for China alone last year, according to Greenpeace, including crab, squid, yellow croaker, mackerel and a local favorite, hairtail.

If projections are correct, the toxins could soon make their way into equally abundant Japanese fisheries.

Exposure to condensate is extremely unhealthy to humans and potentially fatal. The effects of eating fish contaminated with it remain essentially untested, but experts strongly advise against doing so.

The blaze, which started Jan. 6 after the tanker collided with another ship, had been seen as helping to limit the fallout. The cargo is four times larger than the heavier crude on the Exxon Valdez spilled off Alaska in 1989, affecting about 1,300 miles of shoreline and destroying thousands of marine fauna. If all the condensate leaked into the sea instead of burning off, the spill would be one of the biggest from a ship over the past five decades.

 “We simply do not know if all of the condensate was released, or if some remains in intact cargo holds on the ship at the seabed,” said Richard Steiner, an oil spill specialist based in Alaska. “We need to know this.”

The fuel from the sunken tanker Sanchi, which was carrying 1 million barrels of condensate, expanded to cover as much as 52 square miles at 12 p.m. local time on Monday, up from about 3.9 square miles the previous day, according to Chinese authorities. At one point in January, there were three different spills spotted on the surface, covering an area that measured more than 128 square miles.

If there were a large-scale leak, then there would be an impact on creatures like the small yellow croaker and hairtail, according to the environmental group. The area is also on the migratory pathway of many marine mammals such as humpback whales, Greenpeace said.

“It is virtually certain that much of the condensate went into the sea in solution, and that toxic underwater hydrocarbon plume will injure marine life exposed to it,” Steiner said. “Even the burned fraction will leave a toxic residue on the water.”“

A much larger-scale operation is needed,” she said. “It hasn’t been monitored. It’s a mystery.”

Katya Popova, a senior research scientist at the National Oceanography Center in England, said there had not been a sufficiently coordinated international operation, and that was exacerbating the scale of the disaster.

The lack of visible devastation has almost certainly dampened public reaction that might have galvanized a more vigorous response.

An oil spill in the heavily trafficked East China Sea could have significant environmental repercussions. Humpback whales travel through that area, and heavily fished species such as mackerel and bluefin also spend time in that area. 

“It is virtually certain that much of the condensate went into the sea in solution, and that toxic underwater hydrocarbon plume will injure marine life exposed to it,” Richard Steiner, an oil spill specialist based in Alaska, told Bloomberg. “Even the burned fraction will leave a toxic residue on the water.”

Ma Jun, a Chinese environmentalist, was quoted by CNN as saying the spill took place in one of the most productive fishing areas in the country, known as the Zhoushan fishing ground.

But the biggest issue now seems to be that nobody knows the scale of the problem or which parts of the high seas are affected.
