Cuba is used as a haven for La Cosa Nostra, Cartel bosses, and a headquarters for criminal operations in the Americas. Jose Miguel Battle Sr. was a top Cuban crime boss operating in the United States. His son Jose Miguel Battle Jr. was convicted in 2007 for running the Cuban Mafia’s operations in Miami. The Cuban Mafia is known as the “Corporation” and is partly owned by the Castro family. Cuba was settled by the Spanish early on through Christopher Columbus who was a relative of the Colonna family of Rome originating in Alban Hills and they have a family branch in Spain known as the Dukes of Alba.

The Colonna family also married with the Gaetani-D’Aragona family with Prince Leone Gaetani and Duchess Vittoria Colonna. A Gaetani family branch took up the name Aragon through the marriage with the Spanish-Sicilian Countess Lucrezia d’Aragona married to Prince Onorato Gaetani III. This created Italian-Gaetani Spanish-Aragon alliance. Christopher Columbus’s son Diego Colon married into the Alba clan with Maria de Toledo. The Spanish House of Bourbon married with the Farnese family of Italy and created the House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and House of Bourbon-Parma to continue the Farnese bloodline and their titles.

The Farnese family were the Dukes of Castro and it is Prince Carlo of Bourbon-Two Sicilies who is the Dukes of Castro today. The House of Castro was a related Farnese branch in Spain that later handed their dukedom over to the Dukes of Alba. The Castro family of Cuba are closely related descendants of the original Farnese Dukes of Castro which settled a branch in Spain. Angel Castro y Argiz was the father of Fidel Castro and was born in Lancara Spain before the Castro family migrated into Cuba where they were set up as a proxy family to rule Cuba for the House of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and other Spanish-Italian nobility.

The Bourbon-Two Sicilies family own the Cuntrera-Caruana Mafia clan which operates in Aruba and Venezuela. Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg is married to Grand Duke Henri and he is a Prince of Bourbon-Parma through his grandfather Prince Felix of Bourbon-Parma. Grand Duchess Maria Teresa was born in Cuba to the Alvarez family which are a branch of Dukes of Alba. The name Alvarez derives from Alba and the name Alvarez was used by the Dukes of Alba for eleven generations. Joaquin Castro and Julian Castro are brothers and politicians in Texas. Mafias use corrupt politicians to enable their criminal activities.

The Farnese family were also the ones who authorized the Jesuit Order through their Pope Paul III and Fidel Castro was Jesuit educated in a school in Santiago, Cuba. Fidel Castro’s rise to power was directed and financed by Italian-Spanish nobility so that they could set up a criminal haven in the Americas which is what the name Havana really means. Cuba is a mafia hideaway and this is why La Cosa Nostra had one of their most well known meetings in Cuba known as the Havana Conference of 1946 set up by Genovese boss Lucky Luciano.

Jesuit Fordham Cuban-American Jose Fanjul and his brother Alfonso Fanjul Jr. own Fanjul Corp. a large sugar company based in Florida. Alfonso Fanjul was a shareholder in Southeast Banking Corporation and this was verified in court documents. Don Francisco de Borbon the Duke of Seville has been the CEO of the Bank of Miami and International Bank of Miami. The Five Families, the Trafficante crime family, and the Florida based Cuban Mafia have a lot of influence at the ports in Florida. The Ruspoli family are a Spanish-Italian nobility with ownership over various drug cartel operations in South America. They married with the billionaire Mattarazzo family from Brazil. Prince Alessandro Ruspoli was even in the movie Godfather III.

The Italian Mafia are the eldership and oversee other criminal gangs like the Cuban Mafia’s operations inside the United States. They use the shipping routes with the Dominican Republic as a cover. Italian President Sergio Mattarella’s Jesuit brother Piersanti Mattarella faked his death and I think that he fled to Cuba. Cuba ties in with Mexico and it is Cuban-Spanish-Italian bosses overseeing the Mexican Mafia and drug cartels for the Italian and Spanish nobility.

The purpose of Cuba is to operate as a hideout for wanted or threatened made men in the United States or in Mexico. Cuba is also a base of operations like a military stronghold. Havana is a haven for Crooks and the US embargo restricting trade and some travel creates a layer of protection for those who flee to Cuba. Public figures are also involved in faking their deaths and hiding out in Cuba. Fake deaths are a tactic developed by the Italian military tactician Niccolo Machiavelli which is being covered up and removed from historical texts. I believe that Duke Pier Luigi Farnese was Machiavelli’s agent handler.

The Farnese and Machiavelli families were both involved with military in Florence around the same time. Tupac Shakur who is nicknamed Makaveli faked his death in Las Vegas and then fled to Cuba. Jay Z visited Cuba to have a meeting with Tupac who is a top crime boss over some of the West Coast street gangs as well as the boss of the Folk Nation. Tupac Shakur is a military tactician for organized crime. They respect his intellect which is why Tupac was authorized to fake his death.

Chicago boss Sam Giancana was a member of the Havana Conference and believed to be a operative for the CIA and involved with their Bay of Pigs Invasion disguised as a plot to overthrow Castro however it was really designed as support for Castro during the Cuban Counter Revolution which is why the Castro family are still in power today.

At the time CIA was headed up by Allen Dulles who was a suspected Knight of Malta and his nephew Avery Dulles was a Jesuit priest. Allen Dulles was involved in various criminal CIA operations involving government takeovers, coups, and infiltration like the operations AJAX, GLADIO, and PBSUCCESS. The CIA was founded by OSS Director William Donovan a two time Vatican knight and friend of Allen Dulles. Robert Maheu was a Jesuit Georgetown graduate, Las Vegas businessman, and an agent of the FBI and CIA whose ties with mafia bosses Sam Giancana and Santo Trafficante Jr. involving the Bay of Pigs operation were revealed in  the CIA Director Memorandum on mobster Johnny Roselli.

Bay of Pigs was really code for the Spanish-Neopolitan House of Pignatelli which have strong ties with the Vatican and Sicily producing the Jesuit educated Pope Innocent XII. The Pignatelli family have shares in the Spanish royal family’s Mexican drug syndicates like the Gulf Cartel.

It was really the Bay of Pignatelli Invasion. Bourbon is related to the word boar as well. Duke Ettore Pignatelli e Caraffa of Monteleone was Ambassador to Naples and his half sister was the Spaniard Joanna of Aragon the Queen of Naples. There is also a Naples, Florida. Orlando is named for the noble House of Orlandini in Florence. Duke Alvaro de Urzaiz y Azlor de Aragon y Escobar is the Duke of Villerhermosa today. The Aragon-Escobar family of Spain were part owners of Pablo Escobar’s Medellin Cartel. The Colonna, Gaetani-D’Aragona, and Aragon-Escobar families made tens of billions off Escobar and still receive dues from their South American drug enterprises.

Escobar’s reported wealth of about 50 billion was never accounted for. Aragon is important because today Chicago-Florida billionaire businessman Kenneth C. Griffin created and runs Citadel Investment Group which manages around 149 billion in assets and his Jesuit Georgetown ex-wife and former Soros associate Anne Dias-Griffin founded Aragon Global Management based in Chicago. Investment firms are often used for funneling cash, money laundering, and making criminal payoffs disguised as loans and investments. The heads of the Pignatelli family today are Patricia Pignatelli de Aragon y Ramiro the Countess of Fuentas and Jose Maria Pigntelli de Aragon y Burgos the Duke of Monteleon.

Undersea cables conduct nearly 97 percent of all global communications, and every day an estimated $10 trillion in financial transfers and vast amounts of data pass through the seabed routes. Satellites, once crucial but now limited in speed and bandwidth, handle only a tiny percentage of global communications.

Pilots Would Rather Leave the Military than be Forced to get Anthrax Vaccine

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) originally licensed the anthrax vaccine in 1970 for agricultural workers exposed to cutaneous (skin-acquired) anthrax. During the Gulf War, 150,000 troops received the vaccine “as a prophylactic against inhalation anthrax,” and the Department of Defense pushed mandatory rollout of the vaccine among many more U.S. military personnel beginning in the late 1990s. Service members have been contending with anthrax-vaccine-induced illness ever since its military use began. In 2002, the General Accounting Office (GAO) reported the results of an astonishing survey conducted with 1,253 pilots and aircrew members of the Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard to ask questions about the military’s anthrax vaccine program. Of the survey respondents who had received one or more anthrax shots, most (85%) reported experiencing an adverse reaction, including numerous systemic reactions and reactions lasting more than a week. Affected respondents mostly did not report these reactions to the military chain of command, due to worries about “loss of flight status, a possibly adverse effect on military or civilian career, and a fear of ridicule.” These concerns were justified—airmen have been demoted and have faced court martial for refusing the anthrax vaccine. Over three-fourths (77%) of the GAO survey respondents reported that they would have declined the vaccine “if they had had a choice.” To avoid the anthrax shots, more than one in six survey respondents reported transferring to other units, changing their status to inactive or leaving the military altogether.

Philippines Orders Probe Into Sanofi Dengue Vaccine for 730,000 Children

The Philippines ordered an investigation on Monday into the immunization of more than 730,000 children with a vaccine for dengue that has been suspended following an announcement by French drug company Sanofi that it could worsen the disease in some cases. The World Health Organization said it hoped to conduct a full review by year-end of data on the vaccine, commercially known as Dengvaxia. In the meantime, the WHO recommended that it only be used in people who had a prior infection with dengue. The government of Brazil, where dengue is a significant health challenge, confirmed it already had recommended restricted use of the vaccine but had not suspended it entirely. Amid mounting public concern, Sanofi explained its “new findings” at a news conference in Manila but did not say why action was not taken after a WHO report in mid-2016 that identified the risk it was now flagging. A non-governmental organization (NGO) said it had received information that three children who were vaccinated with Dengvaxia in the Philippines had died and a senator said he was aware of two cases. Last week, the Philippines Department of Health halted the use of Dengvaxia after Sanofi said it must be strictly limited due to evidence it can worsen the disease in people not previously exposed to the infection. Nearly 734,000 children aged 9 and over in the Philippines have received one dose of the vaccine as part of a program that cost 3.5 billion pesos ($69.54 million).

Note: This US government webpage states, “Since 1988, over 18,897 petitions have been filed with the VICP [Vaccine Injury Compensation Program]. Over that 29-year time period, 16,857 petitions have been adjudicated, with 5,782 of those determined to be compensable. Total compensation paid over the life of the program is approximately $3.7 billion.” Why aren’t these large numbers being reported in the media?  The European Union financed and owns the Human Brain Project which developed neuro brain computer interface technologies and was founded by Henry Markram. Henry Markram is a professor at Ecole Polytechnique Federale in Switzerland and was educated at Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. The President of Weizman Institute is the Belgian-Israeli Daniel Zajfman who has been a Director at Max Planck Society the reformed Nazi Kaiser Wilhelm Society and Henry Markram was also a member. The Israeli scientist Daniel Zajfman runs a renamed Nazi founded scientific institute. The electronic grid has been weaponized and programmed with the General Neural Simulation System also called GENESIS to enable frequencies to hack into the brain and physiology. Genesis was developed by the Jesuit educated James Mason Bower. On GENESIS’ website it states GENESIS was”developed to support the simulation of neural systems ranging from subcellular components and biochemical reactions to complex models of single neurons, simulations of large networks, and systems-level models.” The electronic grid and especially computers and smart phones are programmed with neuro brain interface programs that radiate electromagnetic frequencies designed to hack into the human brain and physiology. Other brain hacking systems include NEURON (software), NEST (software), and Brian (software). It is like an artificial intelligence radiated out of the electronic grid designed to covertly target the minds and physiologies of people in society. They can target individuals or target groups. Targeting can be subtle or it can be increased and extremely violent and torturous. Targeting consists of invasive and foreign thoughts and targeting of the physiology can cause pain, itching, spasms, pressure, irritation, fatigue and other attacks. The European Union which owns the Human Brain Project is based on the Treaty of Rome and the European Union was signed in Rome at Capitoline Hill. The Black Nobility of Rome are leading in this scientific terrorism and they have full access to these evil technologies.

Members of the royal and noble families have the neuro brain interface technologies where they can plug their minds into the electronic grid and target victims with this synthetic telepathy.  The Department of Defense and various universities have these brain hacking systems. There is a neuro-brain-computer-interface weapons system in Israel likely in the Kirya of Tel Aviv. I believe the Italian Mafia have an advanced brain hacking system probably located in Atlantic City. There is one in Hollywood with the Church of Scientology. There are Scientology churches all over. The Swiss-Italian-Austrian Indermaur nobility have financed Scientology with Robert Indermaur. They can run existing programs on a target or with the more advanced brain interface technologies can control the frequencies like a form of synthetic telepathy controlled by the brain that is plugged into the system. The group Anonymous and other hackers are also using these electronic weapons on society by hacking computers and smart phones and running these programs on society. The weaponized electronic grid consists of HAARP, modern electronics, wireless frequencies, electrical substations, smart phones, smart meters, and electrical transformers. These brain hackers are called harpers. HAARP is named in reference to harps which were used in ancient times for putting minds into a trance along with poems used for mind control programming. Musical instruments resonate vibrations. Some top families with harps on their coat of arms include the Windsor, Hanover, FitzJames, Guinness, and the Pallavicini family which have a statue on their palace in Vienna holding a harp. The Pallavicini family are the primary engineers of this evil. The Freemasonic Royal Institution and the Society of Jesus along with DARPA, Silicon Valley, and neuroscientists have designed electronics to emit algorithmic frequencies intended to hack the human brain and physiology. They did this so they can enhance their witchcraft with technology and persecute people covertly as they attempt a full take over of humanity

We physicians, nurses and clinics (and hospital staff) often have no idea what are the ingredients in vaccines. We tend to not take the time to read the wordy product information sheet. Shame on us. But what should frighten us caregivers is the fact that many of those vaccines contain ingredients that are known neurotoxins, mitochondrial toxins, cytotoxins, genotoxins, teratogens and mutagens. There are also contaminants that are occasionally found in vaccines when independent testing is done. That reality adds to what should be everybody’s concern about vaccine safety. What also frightens me is the fact that inoculation accidents can easily happen when the tip of the needle pierces and then inadvertently injects some of the vaccine directly into a small vein, where it is not supposed to go. The consequences of such accidents are not known but nothing good can happen when a toxic mix of chemicals – especially aluminum, mercury or live viruses – goes directly into the blood stream. The power of the FDA, the CDC and their various subsidiaries has been acquired thanks to their cozy relationship with for-profit corporate entities that make up what is called Big Pharma, Big Vaccine and Big Medicine, whose directly- and indirectly-related entities have been largely responsible for the many vaccine-induced disorders in America.

On July 26, 2016, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) issued a report “Army General Fund Adjustments Not Adequately Documented or Supported”. The report indicates that for fiscal year 2015 the Army failed to provide adequate support for $6.5 trillion in journal voucher adjustments.

According to the GAO’s Comptroller General, “Journal vouchers are summary-level accounting adjustments made when balances between systems cannot be reconciled. Often these journal vouchers are unsupported, meaning they lack supporting documentation to justify the adjustment or are not tied to specific accounting transactions…. For an auditor, journal vouchers are a red flag for transactions not being captured, reported, or summarized correctly.”

(Note, after Mark Skidmore began inquiring about OIG-reported unsubstantiated adjustments, the OIG’s webpage, which documented, albeit in a highly incomplete manner, these unsupported “accounting adjustments,” was mysteriously taken down. Fortunately, Mark copied the July 2016 report and all other relevant OIG-reports in advance and reposted them here. Mark has repeatedly tried to contact Lorin Venable, Assistant Inspector General at the Office of the Inspector General. He has emailed, phoned, and used LinkedIn to ask Ms. Venable about OIG’s disclosure of unsubstantiated adjustments, but she has not responded.)

Given that the entire Army budget in fiscal year 2015 was $120 billion, unsupported adjustments were 54 times the level of spending authorized by Congress. The July 2016 report indicates that unsupported adjustments are the result of the Defense Department’s “failure to correct system deficiencies.” The result, according to the report, is that data used to prepare the year-end financial statements were unreliable and lacked an adequate audit trail.

The report indicates that just 170 transactions accounted for $2.1 trillion in year-end unsupported adjustments. No information is given about these 170 transactions. In addition many thousands of transactions with unsubstantiated adjustments were, according to the report, removed by the Army. There is no explanation concerning why they were removed nor their magnitude.

The July 2016 report states, “In addition, DFAS (Defense Finance and Accounting Service) Indianapolis personnel did not document or support why DDRS (The Defense Department Reporting System) removed at least 16,513 of 1.3 million feeder file records during the Third Quarter.”

An appendix to the July 2016 report shows $2 trillion in changes to the Army General Fund balance sheet due to unsupported adjustments. On the asset side, there is $794 billion increase in the Army’s Fund Balance with the U.S. Treasury. There is also an increase of $929 billion in the Army’s Accounts Payable.

This information raises additional major questions. First, what is the source of the additional $794 billion in the Army’s Fund Balance? This adjustment represents more than six times appropriated spending. Second, do these transfers represent a flow of funds to the Army beyond those authorized by Congress? Third, were these funds authorized and if so when and by whom? Fourth, what is the source of these funds? Finally, the $929 billion in Accounts Payable appears to represent an amount owed for items or services purchased on credit. What entities have received or will receive payment?

Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS), or medically known as idiopathic environmental intolerance (IEI) by the World Health Organization [1], is described as

… characterized by a variety of non-specific symptoms, which afflicted individuals attribute to exposure to EMF. The symptoms most commonly experienced include dermatological symptoms (redness, tingling, and burning sensations) as well as neurasthenic and vegetative symptoms (fatigue, tiredness, concentration difficulties, dizziness, nausea, heart palpitation, and digestive disturbances). The collection of symptoms is not part of any recognized syndrome.

EHS resembles multiple chemical sensitivities (MCS), another disorder associated with low-level environmental exposures to chemicals. Both EHS and MCS are characterized by a range of non-specific symptoms that lack apparent toxicological or physiological basis or independent verification. A more general term for sensitivity to environmental factors is Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance (IEI), which originated from a workshop convened by the International Program on Chemical Safety (IPCS) of the WHO in 1996 in Berlin. IEI is a descriptor without any implication of chemical etiology, immunological sensitivity or EMF susceptibility. IEI incorporates a number of disorders sharing similar non-specific medically unexplained symptoms that adversely affect people. However since the term EHS is in common usage it will continue to be used here.

One of the most frustrating, and truly unfortunate aspects of EHS, is that everyone in the industries which generate EMFs/RFs which cause the problem, especially the professional association ICNIRP, adamantly denies it exists, and those who suffer with it are “psych jobs”!  Well, that’s got to end now, as there are graphic studies proving visual differences in the brains of EHS sufferers compared with those folks who do not experience EHS or IEI.

The results of Dr. Gunnar Heuser and Sylvia A. Heuser’s study were published in Volume 32 (September 2017) of De Gruyter’s Reviews on Environmental Health as the paper “Functional brain MRI in patients complaining of electrohypersensitivity after long term exposure to electromagnetic fields.”

The online published paper includes X-rays of all patients in the study, which indicate the severity of EHS/IEI and shows graphically how it physically affects brain tissue.

Electromagnetic fields are emitted by the following high-tech, aka ‘smart’ products, appliances and services:

  • Any service or device that sends and/or receives voice, data or graphics/pictures using microwave wireless technology, e.g., cell phones, iPhones, smart phones, etc.
  • AMI Smart Meters being retrofitted by electric, natural gas and water utilities
  • Monitoring devices, e.g., baby monitors and wearable devices that track and record body data
  • Wi-Fi in homes, schools, work places, cafés, or other public places providing it, such as doctors’ offices

Last year, a study by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) found that people working in agriculture – including farmers, farm laborers, ranchers, fishers, and lumber harvesters – take their lives at a rate higher than any other occupation. The data suggested that the suicide rate for agricultural workers in 17 states was nearly five times higher compared with that in the general population.
