Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias affect 47 million people worldwide and the situation can only get worse…if we fail to act to prevent the disease first rather than to cure it.
Dementia is essentially the slow and progressive dying of brain cells, usually resulting from a neurodegenerative disease like Alzheimer’s. The main causes of dementia is the buildup of toxins, chemicals, drugs that block acetylcholine, and heavy metals in the brain, along with nutritional deficiencies. The statistics for potential increases in Alzheimer’s do not consider the wholesale poisoning of the environment with aluminum via chemtrails. Combating the ogre of Alzheimer’s is likely to restructure human society more towards the essentials of healthy living. Alzheimer’s disease is on the rise, with Alzheimer’s disease becoming the third leading cause of death in the United States behind cardiovascular disease and cancer. By 2050, it’s estimated that 160 million people globally will have the disease, including 13 million Americans, leading to potential bankruptcy of the Medicare system.

Synapse elimination, or “synaptic pruning,” is a normal process that occurs during brain development. However in Alzheimer’s the mechanisms involved in such pruning might be aberrantly turned back on or hijacked, so to speak, contributing to synapse loss. In the pruning process, microglia eat away at synapses to assist the immune system. Heparan sulfate, is a linear polysaccharide produced by mast cells, found on the surface of cells (including neurons), where they interact with a plethora of ligands. Heparan sulfate essentially “traps” amyloid peptides, causing them to aggregate and form deposits that will eventually lead to amyloid beta plaques and tangles in the brain that trigger inflammation and result in the loss of brain connections called synapses, the effect most strongly associated with cognitive decline, neurodegeneration and dementia.
The early vulnerability of ageing to the Locus coeruleus (LC), the major noradrenergic nucleus of the brain and to neurodegenerative disease like Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases is of considerable significance. Noxious stress and anxiety-provoking extremes cause heightened arousal and activation of the sympathetic nervous system, which overworks the dopamine and noradrenaline circuits thereby aging the protective neuromelanin pigmentation and causing nerve cell death.
Dr. Richard Deth found autism and other attention disorders like ADHD, schizophrenia and Alzheimer’s disease can be attributed to impaired function of the D4 subtype of dopamine receptor due to high oxidative stress and a reduction in folate-dependent methylation reactions, including their regulation by dopamine and growth factors, as well as their inhibition by neurodevelopmental toxins. Molliver et al. (1989) remarked on the similarity between serotonergic axons damaged by the drug Ecstasy and those seen in Alzheimer’s disease.

It has been reported that Vatican officials in the global warming debate want to make sure they do not put the Roman Catholic Church on the wrong side of science, as in the condemnation of Galileo in 1633 for believing that the Earth revolved around the Sun. Laudato Si’ fails to get the science right (see paragrahps 2026), and although the Vatican can no longer prosecute heretics, Francis has no hesitation condemning those who oppose the alleged global warming consensus (see, for example, paragraph 54).
The encyclical is a diatribe against modern industrial civilization. In this, it should be compared to the 1864 encyclical of Pius IX, Quanta cura, and its attached Syllabus of Errors, which constitute a much more impressive diatribe against modern intellectual culture. Francis believes the industrialized economies are wrecking God’s creation by digging far too much stuff (coal, oil, natural gas) up. The current level of resource consumption is exhausting and polluting the Earth.
On the other hand, he thinks that the wealthy industrialized countries are doing far too little to help the poor in the unindustrialized Third World. Paragraphs 48-52 discuss the ills caused by global inequality. But Francis does not emphasize the need for the rich to share their wealth with the poor. That is because Francis’s thinking on these issues, as he makes clear in paragraphs 10-12, is based on the teachings of Saint Francis of Assisi (1181-1226). It isn’t until paragraph 82 that the Pope mentions the name of Jesus.
Almost on the eve of the 2016 presidential election, outgoing president Barack Obama issued an executive order that is intended to coordinate all the world’s health agencies in alignment with the CDC’s intention to increase detainment and quarantining guidelines enforcement worldwide. This executive order is of grave concern for advocates of health freedom. It is called “Advancing the Global Health Security Agenda to Achieve a World Safe and Secure from Infectious Disease Threats,” and it was signed and issued on November 4th, 2016. It seems innocuous at first glance, but one set of initials shows up often, GHSA. It stands for Global Health Security Agenda. This term first appeared in a CDC proposal in 2014, during the Disney measles outbreak. This proposal focused mostly on its “vaccine package.” It rested comfortably on the nationally orchestrated outcry against vaccination resistance. Some journalists even suggested jailing parents who did not have their children vaccinated.

In Mendocino County, we passed a first of its kind ever Community Bill of Rights in Nov. 2014. I had worked with the Council of Environmental Legal Defense Fund and Democracy School to help get this passed. This new law gave Nature rights of standing in court, (following Ecuador’s lead), this is huge to protect our rivers, trees, etc. We also put laws into place that preemptively bans fracking and gave priority standing in the County to Community Bill of Rights over State and Federal Laws. Thus, our Board of Supes must, by law now, follow local Community laws before all others. Unfortunately, getting Mendonesians to agree on anything is like herding cats, but the law is still there and a very solid, legal template should other muni’s and counties wish to follow. I’m most proud of this work.
Only when we take back the authors of our own authorities, by empowering ourselves once again, can we make the changes we must to activate the new visions of much better ways, IMHO.

Mendocino County, Ca Makes History

Mendocino County, in the pristine northern lands of California, where the magnificent ancient coastal Redwood trees meet the inland California Oaks, has voted itself into the constitution writing (righting) business.
Yesterday, by a significant margin, they became the first county in California, and only the second county in the country to pass into law a very powerful local ordinance that declares local self-governing rights in their communities over state and federal jurisdiction. Over 67% of the votes cast were in favor of the measure.
The ordinance provides for waters free from toxic trespass; preemptively bans all fracking activities countywide with heavy fines and penalties for violation of the ordinance; and establishes a Community Bill of Rights to, for, and by the residents of Mendocino County while checking corporate powers as well.
In addition, the newly created law gives the Rights of Nature to exist and flourish without toxic trespass whereas previously Nature had no standing in the court of law.
Here is some of the powerful language in the proposed ordinance which you can read (source):
“Right to community self-government.
All residents of Mendocino County possess the right to a form of governance where they live which recognizes that all power is inherent in the people and all free governments are founded on the people’s consent.
Use of Mendocino County government by the sovereign people to make law and policy shall not be deemed by any authority to eliminate or reduce that self-governing authority. Rights as self-executing, fundamental and unalienable.
All rights delineated and secured by this ordinance are inherent, fundamental and unalienable; and shall be self-executing and enforceable against both private and public actors.”
The people of Mendocino County have made history once again after being the first county in the nation to ban Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO’s) in 2004. Now these Mendonesians of premier wine making, medical marijuana growing and self-declared independence are continuing to assert and reclaim their inherent rights to decide for themselves what the laws will be in their communities and their county.
What may seem radical to many is only following in declarations and rights acknowledged to, by, and for them by the California State and U.S. Constitution’s as well as the Declaration of Independence:

Across the nation a truly grass-roots movement of taken back power by, and for the people at the local levels has begun in earnest.

Is it Legal?
Many in Mendocino County are asking about the legality of writing their own laws preempting the power of state and federal law over their county. One answer is provided by the founder of the Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDF), Thomas Linzey :
The law is not currently on your side. Over the past century, both corporations and state government have restricted the authority of municipal corporations so that the people of the municipality have very few rights at all. Your right to govern your own county has been canceled out by the “rights” of corporations, and the authority of the State to preempt your lawmaking.
Measure S is about changing that. It is about changing the law by challenging the law. Openly, frontally, and directly. The current system of law does not allow you to say “no” to fracking within the County. You therefore have a choice – you can either accept that current status of the law, or you can work to change it. Measure S is about asserting your right – as residents of the County – to change how the municipal system operates.
Measure S is about challenging what the law “is” and adopting a new system of law which enables you to control what happens in the County.
(CELDF), along with Global Exchange of San Francisco, have been instrumental in providing assistance and guidance across the country to help we the people take back our rights and reclaim our power to decide for ourselves what laws we wish in our communities. For over 14 years they have been active in helping communities pass local ordinances across the nation. Currently there are over 8 states and some 800 communities who have recently passed local ordinances yet it has not been easy.
In 2008 and again in 2010, Spokane, Washington tried to pass local ordinances banning corporate power in their city and protection of their waterways but failed by a few percentage votes while being heavily outspent by outside corporate interests. They plan to try again in the next election cycle.
In 2008, the City of Mt. Shasta organized and began the process of empowering themselves when they learned that the corporate/state power company for Northern California, Pacific Gas and Electric, was actively spraying the skies above them with toxic chemicals through Geo-engineering.
PG &E cloud seeding, where the energy giant launches a cannon of silver iodide into passing storm clouds, forces the unnatural release of rain in one location to increase hydroelectric power for increased company profits from their dams.
Additionally, Mt. Shasta City citizens attempted to ban water withdrawal from the local aquifers by corporate water bottlers, who were taking water at will from local tributaries. The community wanted to stop these unwanted practices which posed serious environmental damage to their very pristine ecosystem at the base of Mt. Shasta.
Measure A had nearly the entire community support and was likely to pass until forces unseen got involved and due to “clerical error” removed Measure A from the ballot just two weeks before elections.
What is highly suspicious about the “clerical error” was the same city voter registrar who helped the citizens of Mt. Shasta write the legalese language to the measure was also the same person who declared the measure invalid. You can read more about this act of subversion here.

‘Log Cabin’ – which sat right in the heart of Laurel Canyon, at the crossroads of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Lookout Mountain Avenue – Zappa will play host to virtually every musician who passes through the canyon in the mid- to late-1960s.
Zappa (born, curiously enough, on the Winter Solstice of 1940) never really made a secret of the fact that he had nothing but contempt for the ‘hippie’ culture that he helped create and that he surrounded himself with.
Francis Zappa (father) was, in case you were wondering, a chemical warfare specialist assigned to – where else? – the Edgewood Arsenal. Edgewood is, of course, the longtime home of America’s chemical warfare program, as well as a facility frequently cited as being deeply enmeshed in MK-ULTRA operations.

Gram Parsons, who would briefly replace David Crosby in The Byrds before fronting The Flying Burrito Brothers, was the son of Major Cecil Ingram “Coon Dog” Connor II, a decorated military officer and bomber pilot who reportedly flew over 50 combat missions. Parsons was also an heir, on his mother’s side, to the formidable Snively family fortune. which reportedly owned as much as 1/3 of all the citrus groves in the state of Florida.

How the Lie Began
In 1980, Dr. Robert Gallo, a retrovirologist with the National Cancer Institute, discovered the first human retrovirus (HTLV-I). A retrovirus is distinguished from an ordinary virus by virtue of the fact that its RNA is converted to DNA by an enzyme called reverse transcriptase. Its replication and survival is totally dependent on the viability of the host cell. If the host cell dies, the virus is finished. Dr. Gallo knew this basic fact; however, he would soon purposely ignore this fact in order to serve his own needs by claiming that the virus was very “mysterious”. Somehow it would mysteriously survive while mysteriously slaughtering T-cells by the millions (this has never been observed). He had contended in the past, but failed to prove, that the very same retrovirus (HTLV-I) caused a specific type of leukemia which was occuring in Japan. The power of position, that of being a top government official and scientist, has allowed the erroneous label of “leukemia virus” to remain intact even though it was rejected by the scientific community.
In 1981, it was proposed that an acquired immune deficiency was the basis for a new syndrome of diseases (AIDS) that appeared to be surfacing amongst promiscuous male homosexuals and intravenous drug users. Dr. David Durack, of Duke University, a recognized expert on infectious diseases and the immune system, though admitting the prevalence of drug use (particular “poppers” or amyl nitrites) and repeated multiple infections, ignored these well-known causes of immune deficiency and announced that this “truly new syndrome” must be due to “some new factor”. Continuously this group of scientists has resorted to theory, not fact, as to how the AIDS virus supposedly accomplishes its dirty deeds. The words, “it is thought”, are constantly used in casual conversations or in the non-scientific articles and popular magazines and books. In the scientific journals or at lectures the theory is presented as established fact although there are no facts involved. It is portrayed as an established truth and therefore is accepted as such by most scientists, including physicians. The so-called HIV virus is still referred to as a “new” virus in spite of the indisputable evidence to the contrary. Incorrectly, the virus has been characterized as “attacking” or “infiltrating” the immune system, when in reality this is impossible because it is not alive and does not invade. Retroviruses are engulfed by the cells and incorporated into the cell’s life processes.
In 1983, Dr. Gallo embarked on a mission to convince his fellow scientists, in the absence of any scientific experimental proof whatsoever, that another virus he had discovered caused AIDS. At a widely publicized press conference held in Washington, D.C. on April 23, 1984, Dr. Gallo announced that he had discovered the cause of AIDS. He claimed the unearthing of a new retrovirus which he had named HTLV-III, thus inferring that it was a member of the family of retroviruses he had previously discovered. His claim was bolstered by Margaret Heckler, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, who was under great pressure to come up with some answer to the looming “epidemic”. Heckler announced, “Today we add another miracle to the long honor roll of American medicine and science.” She also promised that we would have a vaccine within two years, undoubtedly as a result of Dr. Gallo’s grandiose urgings. That very day, Dr. Gallo filed a U.S. patent for an HIV test kit which was destined to make him very wealthy. Dr. Gallo, unquestionably very knowledgeable in retrovirology, chose to set aside the facts and became the quintessential intellectual whore. The benefits to Dr. Gallo are money and power; but the costs to humanity are suffering and countless unnecessary deaths. In contrast, street prostitutes are honest – you know what you’re getting and you know the risks – and, by the way, AIDS is not one of them.
Margaret Heckler very quickly awarded the lucrative contract for AZT to Burroughs-Wellcome Pharmaceutical Company before the first scientific paper ever appeared in any U.S. journal. AZT was a drug in search of a disease. It had been sitting on the shelves of the National Institutes of Health since the 1960’s. It was an experimental drug that had failed as a cancer remedy and had been declared too toxic to use. Retrovirology had gained importance because of Nixon’s “War on Cancer” and the belief that a retrovirus might be the cause of cancer in humans. This approach seemed logical at the time, because retroviruses typically prompted cells to multiply – a characteristic of the cancer process. This is directly opposite to the cell destruction that normally occurs in viral infections. Not only did that war fail, AZT failed, and retrovirologists came up empty-handed after twenty years of intense and arduous research. Alas, a whole group of scientists without a reason d’etre! As you would expect, in 1986, The International Committee of Retrovirologists named HIV the cause of AIDS. By giving credence to the hypothesis in the absence of proof, they became party to the conspiracy. It is just what one would expect when frustrated unsuccessful foxes are left to guard the hen house.

His appearance on Spain’s most popular television show envoked a 4 to 1 response by the viewing audience in favor of his position against the “AIDS hypothesis.” When asked why he would put his life on the line to make a point, Dr. Willner replied: “I do this to put a stop to the greatest murderous fraud in medical history. By injecting myself with HIV positive blood, I am proving the point as Dr. Walter Reed did to prove the truth about yellow fever. In this way it is my hope to expose the truth about HIV in the interest of all mankind.”

WASHINGTON, Dec. 30— After three years of investigations, the Federal Office of Research Integrity today found that Dr. Robert C. Gallo, the American co-discoverer of the cause of AIDS, had committed scientific misconduct. The investigators said he had “falsely reported” a critical fact in the scientific paper of 1984 in which he described isolating the virus that causes AIDS.
The history of medicine contains a plethora of instances in which physicians have acted tragically under “consensus of opinion” rather than relying on substantial scientific evidence. This practice has its origins in the long-held concept that medicine is an “art” rather than a science. In recent decades, the major advances in technology have allowed us to emerge from the “dark ages” of diagnostic and therapeutic doctrines that were often based on personal prejudice and “medical politics”. Unfortunately, we have also fallen victim to fraudulent scientific papers because of the inherent trust we place in our colleagues engaged in arcane areas of medical research. In the early 1980’s, physicians became aware of what appeared to be an emerging epidemic which is now known throughout the world as AIDS. Along with all of my colleagues, I eagerly followed the releases from the “authorities” about the progress of the disease and the involved explanations related to behavior of the new retrovirus which was given the designation HIV. In spite of my relative ignorance about retroviruses, I became suspicious that something was awry when retrovirologists, who had spent twenty years and in excess of twenty billion dollars in research on viruses, became involved in extensive apologetics with reference to HIV. They began to use terms such as “mysterious” and “intelligent” in the ever growing number of additional hypothetical explanations needed in the attempt to clear up the contradictions arising with reference to the original virus — AIDS HYPOTHESIS. I underscore the work hypothesis to remind my colleagues that the so-called AIDS virus has never been proven scientifically to cause any disease, let along AIDS. Every scientific pronouncement is without laboratory proof and is mere supposition.
