This is an interview I did with Mike Williams of Sage of Quay with my friend, Bruce Hillyer. It exposes the true rulers of the Matrix.  We are told to follow the rules. Rules are made by Rulers, also known as a measurement device or a ruler.  When we Register, REG = REgal or crown, and ster means to enroll.  It is up to us, we the people, to reclaim the author of our own authority and take back our liberties as sovereign beings.
